A large amount of dust is generated in the casting workshop during the production process,which causes problems such as air pollution and poor working environment of the operator.The existing equipment cannot effectively recover and utilize the dust on the spot.In this paper,the goal is to develop a complete set of casting dust solidification equipment.Based on the characteristics that dust can be used as fine aggregates,a method for curing ordinary dust at room temperature with geopolymer modified ordinary cement is proposed,and a set of PLC-based Dust and dust mixing and curing system to realize the solidification and reuse of foundry dust.In the early stage of the dissertation,the research content of foundry dust removal and dust reuse status was analyzed at home and abroad,and the status and problems of secondary use of foundry dust were analyzedThe main content of the study and the results obtained are as follows(1)The use of soil polymer modified ordinary cement to solidify foundry dust,study the effect of raw material formula and the amount of water added on the soil polymerization reaction,and make a solidified product.Based on the analysis of the mechanical properties of the solidified material,a formula ratio of curing compressive strength that is relatively suitable and meets the requirements of the national standard "Autoclaved Lime-Sand Brick" is obtained.The quality ratio of the foundry dust,cement,grit,and water is approximately 20:41:23:15(2)Completed the 3D modeling of the machine,exported the engineering drawings(3)The hydraulic control is used as the control method of the dust curing equipment,and a synchronous motor synchronous circuit is used to achieve the balance of the pressing process(4)The time relay in the PLC industrial control board is used to control the time.The solenoid valve is turned on and off by the relay to control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve.The time parameters such as blanking,oscillation and pressing can be adjusted to meet the different specifications of the brick process.Claim(5)Complete the electrical control design,code writing and modeling of the curing all-in-one machine to achieve automatic dust curing brick making.
