The dust pollution in the air is very harmful,which not only seriously destroys the natural environment,but also affects our healthy life.At present,the dust emission in the cement industry is one of the most serious in all industries.The production of 600 t stabilized soil mixer made in Xuchang Detong vibration Stirring Technology Limited Company is a new type of the advanced vibration stirring technology design.However,the dust control in the productive process is not perfect because of its own structure,dust removal equipment and so on.A lot of dust is caused by spillover phenomenon,which affected the environmental protection of the mixer.In order to reduce the amount of dust pollution,it is important to study the mechanism of the blender's dust raising,and establish the effective dust control measures.It is helpful to improve the technical level of the 600 t stabilized soil mixer.Based on above,this paper analyzes the dust problem of the main machine of stabilized soil vibrating mixer at present.The whole movement process of dust during the mixing process is studied,such as the feeding and overflow of dog-house,the mixing process along the mixing bowl and the discharging of outlet port,etc.The mechanism of dust generation and motion in the mixing bowl is obtained.Based on the mechanism of dust suppression,some effective measures and feasible plans for controlling dust emission are put forward.In addition,the upper cover structure is optimized.The three dimensional original model of the mixer is established.The motion state of the dust in the is numerically simulated by using the fluid simulation software FLUENT,which verifies the correctness of the theory and the mechanism of the dust generation and movement in the,and examines the feasibility of the dust control measures and plans.Through analyzing the data obtained by simulation,the discharge volume of dust is calculated,and the most suitable height of upper cover is selected.Finally,combining with the handbook of dust collector,a set of dedusting equipment suitable for stabilized soil mixer is designed and selected,which has important reference significance for dust removal in the process of stabilized soil.
