With the enhancement of national environmental awareness and the emphasis on food safety,environmentally friendly degradable food packaging materials need to be developed urgently.Among them,starch based packaging materials with wide sources and biodegradability had the most development potential.The use of plasticizers in the processing was inevitable due to the characteristics of this new material.However,plasticizers would migrate to food when packaging materials were in direct contact with food,thus reducing the value of the food and affecting human health.Therefore,the rules and influencing factors of migration of plasticizers DMP,DEP,DBP and DEHP in degradable starch film to n-hexane lipid food simulation solution and pork with different moisture content at different temperature and time was studied.In addition,based on the migration data of plasticizers in pork,the migration prediction model of four plasticizers in degradable starch film was established.According to the key factors,a method to reduce the migration of plasticizer in degradable starch film was established.The main results are as follows:1.By taking DMP,DEP,DBP and DEHP in degradable starch film as research objects,the migration of plasticizer to n-hexane lipid simulation solution and pork at different temperature and time was studied.The results showed that the higher the temperature is,the faster the migration rate is,and the maximum migration rate is at the beginning within a certain temperature range.At the same temperature,the longer the time is,the greater the equilibrium migration amount is.High moisture content will also increase the migration of plasticizer.For the same plasticizer,the higher the temperature is,the greater the equilibrium migration is.At the same temperature,the migration rate and equilibrium migration of plasticizer in n-hexane lipid food simulation solution were higher than that in fresh pork.2.Based on the Weibull distribution probability model,the relationship of C?,?,? was established by fitting three parameters of the model with migration experimental data.Then a mathematical prediction model of the migration of DMP,DEP,DBP,DEHP in degradable starch film to pork was established.Two conditions were selected for verification between migration prediction values and experimental values.The results showed that the migration of DMP,DEP,DBP,DEHP to pork could be predicted accurately.3.The method to reduce the migration of plasticizer in the degradable starch film was established by adding SiO2 nanoparticles to the degradable starch film.Compared with 4 degrees centigrade preservation,five different additions of SiO2 nanoparticles had effective inhibition.The migration of plasticizer was the lowest when the adding amount was 6%,and the migration inhibition rate of DMP,DEP,DBP,DEHP was up to 63.86%,47.74%,54.28%,64.13%.
