Research On Temperature And Salt And Oil Resistance Foaming Drainage Agent In Low Pressure Gas Well

Water production of gas field greatly affects the exploitation of natural gas,for which the bottom hole liquid loading should be expelled in a timely and effective manner.Foam drainage gas production technology has become the first choice for drainage gas production at home and abroad due to its small investment,convenient construction,simple equipment,and quick results.Since the conventional foam drainage agent on the market cannot meet the more and more stringent formation conditions,this article aims to develop the foam drainage agent which can resist temperature of 120?,salt of 200g/L,condensate oil of 30%.In this paper,different kinds of foaming agents were studied by the way of RossMiles and Gas Flow Method,four of which were selected to carry out orthogonal test to determine the optimal ratio.Foam stabilizers were added to the compound foaming agent to enhance its foam stabilizing property,and finally form a new type of compound foam drainage agent.the proportion of the foaming agent formulation ZHY-01,ZHYA06,AES,K12,SMF-1730 are 32.5%,37.9%,16.3%,10.8%,2.5%.In the paper,properties of the foam drainage agent were studied.The results showed that it can reduce the surface tension of the solution to below 25mN/m,the performance of which is better than that of ordinary surfactants,that the foam produced by this foam drainage agent has the characteristic of "shear dilution",that the best use concentration range of foam discharge agent is 0.4%-0.5%.In the experiment,the effects of temperature,salinity,methanol,condensate,pH,and H2 S on the foaming,foam stabilizing,and liquid carrying capacity of the foam drainage agent were studied.The results showed that the foam drainage agent has excellent temperature resistance,salt resistance,oil resistance,that the foaming height is 163 mm,the foam stabilization rate is 60.1%,and the liquid carrying rate is 68.5% when the methanol concentration is at 30%,that the best use pH range of the foam discharge agent is 6.7-7.9,that the foaming height of the foam drainage agent is 163 mm,and the liquid carrying rate is 67.5%,when the concentration of H2 S reaches 400mg/L.In the paper,the matching defoamer of the foam drainage agent was also studied.When KLD-980: CK-K043 = 1: 1,it has good defoaming effect and anti-foaming effect at the same time,and the best concentration is 0.1%.
