Study On The Compound Of New Absorbent And Absorption Performance For Toluene Waste Gas

Absorption method can effectively deal with a variety of high concentration VOCs in low temperature,high pressure and other harsh environment,and it is widely concerned because it can recover valuable components.In this study,toluene was used as the target pollutant,vegetable oil,mineral oil and waste oil were used as organic absorbents,and ionic liquids prepared by Tween-40,tween-60,sodium citrate,sodium acetate and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide were used as water-soluble absorbents.The purification efficiency,saturated absorption and solubilization of toluene by various single absorbers were systematically studied A series of absorbents of different types and proportions were compounded by comparing the absorption effects of each absorbent,and a new type of high-efficiency toluene absorbent was finally compounded.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)When the concentration of single organic absorbent is 8000 mg / m3 and the intake volume is 1 L / min,the absorption effect of toluene is the best.The saturated absorption capacity of waste oil,mineral oil and vegetable oil is 7.15,12.43 and 18.16 mg / g respectively.(2)The solubilization effect of single water-soluble absorbent on toluene is weaker than that of organic absorbent.The solubilization amount of ionic liquid prepared by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,Tween-40,tween-60,sodium citrate and sodium acetate is 2.09,1.28,1.25,1.04 and 0.87 mg / g respectively.(3)When vegetable oil,mineral oil and waste oil are compounded in the volume ratio of 2:3:1,the absorption of toluene is obviously improved,and the saturated absorption of toluene is increased to 50.93 Mg / g,the saturated absorption time was obviously prolonged;the solubilization of toluene was also increased when sodium citrate was mixed with a small amount of non ionizing acid(citric acid);when cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was mixed with sodium acetate,the solubilization effect of toluene reached the maximum when the addition amounts were 0.5% and 0.5%,respectively,and the solubilization amount was 3.91 mg / g.(4)After three times of regeneration,the initial absorption efficiency can still reach more than 80%,but the saturated absorption time is reduced from 535 minutes to 85 minutes.To sum up,the absorption method has a good treatment effect on toluene,the absorption effect of the new absorbent after compounding is obviously improved,and the high-efficiency organic absorbent after compounding has certain regeneration.
