Window glass occupies a major area of the building facade energy performance and plays an important role in maintaining a comfortable indoor heat and visual environment.In the hot summer,due to the low insulation performance of windows,which makes the energy consumption of indoor air conditioners increase significantly.It is important to realize building sustainability and energy conservation while maintaining satisfactory indoor environment.Cesium tungsten bronze material has excellent near-infrared shielding and visible light transmission performance,which can achieve the goal of building energy conservation.In this paper,the tungsten trioxide dihydrate nanosheets synthesized by mechanochemical method and cesium carbonate were used to obtain nano-scale cesium tungsten bronze via solid-phase reaction.Then the cesium tungsten bronze is prepared into a stable and uniform slurry,Finally,the coating is prepared by mixed with resin and slurry,the coating is coated on the glass by a spin coating method to obtain a cesium tungsten bronze transparent thermal insulation film.The effects of the mass fraction of cesium tungsten bronze,the type of dispersant,the amount of dispersant added,the thickness of the film,and the type of resin on the optical,thermal,and physical properties of the cesium tungsten bronze transparent thermal insulation coating were studied systematically.(1)The solid phase method was used to prepare cesium tungsten bronze nano powder with a particle size less than 100nm.(2)With the mass fraction of cesium tungsten bronze is 6%,the ball milling time is 3 hours,and the 5%dispersant of type 735 is added,the performance of the transparent insulation coating is the best,the visible light transmittance reaches 75.6%,the lowest The infrared transmittance reaches 1.5%,and the ?value is 74.1%.(3)With PU(polyurethane)as the film-forming substance,when the wet film thickness is 25?m,the drying time less than 1h,the adhesion is 0 grade,and the hardness is 2H.In the insulation performance test,the blank glass rose by 24.5?and the PU-CsxWO3 thermal insulation coating only rose by 11.7? in the 3min irradiation time.(4)The wavelength will slightly red shift at which the heat-shielding transparent coating reaches the maximum value in the visible light region after the cesium tungsten bronze slurry is stored for 9 months,and the ? value will also decrease,but only decrease by 2.7%.In summary,in this paper,nano-level cesium tungsten bronze was synthesized by solid-phase method,then cesium tungsten bronze transparent thermal insulation coating was prepared.The effects of dispersant,coating thickness,and resin type on the physical properties,optical properties,and thermal insulation properties of the coating were studied systematically.It provides a basic data for the industrial production of cesium tungsten bronze transparent insulation coatings.
