Nano-tungsten bronze is currently one of the main materials used for glass energy saving due to its high visible light transmittance and high near-infrared shielding rate.As a new type of transparent heat-insulating energy-saving material,nano-tungsten bronze materials can be prepared into heat-insulating coatings and films that can well isolate infrared radiation while maintaining high visible light transmittance.It plays an important role in building curtain walls,cars and residences in a variety of scenes such as in the hot sun season to maintain good indoor lighting while reducing energy consumption to maintain a constant temperature in the buildings.In this paper,the nano-cesium tungsten bronze powder synthesized by mechanochemical is used to modify the surface of the cesium tungsten bronze powder and disperse it in a variety of solvents to obtain stable dispersion under various systems.Various slurries are mixed with different resins to make coatings,and the coatings are coated on the glass by a spin coating method to obtain a transparent heat-insulating coating with significant near-infrared shielding.This paper focuses on the study of the effects of different types of modifiers and their dosages on the dispersibility of nanocesium tungsten bronze particles in water/organic solvents,as well as the effects of the coating's optical properties after mixing with resin to form the film.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Nano cesium tungsten bronze powder can form a uniform and stable dispersion slurry in water after ball milling for appropriate time.With the change of ball milling time,the color of the dispersion will change significantly from yellow-green to blue.(2)In order to form a stable dispersion slurry in an organic solvent that can be uniformly mixed with the resins,the surface of the cesium tungsten bronze powder must be modified.In this paper,silane coupling agent,traditional dispersant and hyperdispersant are used for dispersion modification.(3)The effect of silane coupling agent on nanometer powder modification is poor,and it cannot be successfully grafted on the particle surface.As a result,the powder quickly sunk in the slurry and cannot be used in coatings.Ordinary dispersants have successfully modified the powder surface,but they are not suitable for using in organic solvents.The coatings prepared by mixing with some resins have poor performance,such as haze,which leads to high opacity and cannot achieve the basic function of transparent heat insulation.The polymer dispersant can form a stable dispersion slurry in water,alcohol,ketone and other solvents.In most of resins,it has the best comprehensive optical performance and wide range of applications.In this paper,the surface modification of cesium tungsten bronze was carried out by a variety of dispersion methods,dispersed in a variety of solvents and different types of resins to prepare films and tested for its optical properties.Systematic preliminary research on the selection of resins and dispersion system has provided ideas and research data for the future research and development of various dispersion slurries,coatings and films of cesium tungsten bronze.
