As a porous material,Metal Organic Frameworks?MOFs?combine the advantages of inorganic porous materials and carbon-based porous materials,have the characteristics of shaped pores and larger surface area than carbon-based pore materials,and organic components.There are a series of characteristics that make the structure both designable,tailorable,channel size adjustable,and easy to functionalize the surface of the tunnel.Therefore,it has a broader application prospect and development prospects,and now it has become a research in the field of materials.Frontier hotspot?1?In the experiment,magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method,and ZIF-67 was coated on the outside to synthesize the metal-organic framework material Fe3O4@ZIF-67.the experimental samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,FTIR,VSM,and EDS.Fe3O4@ZIF-67 was used as the carrier to support methylene blue.The effects of material dosage,pH value of methylene blue solution and initial concentration of solution on the loading of methylene blue were investigated.The results showed that the best experiment of adsorption of methylene blue by Fe3O4@ZIF-67 framework material was carried out.The condition was methylene blue solution concentration 130 mg/L,shaking time 1 h,pH value 10,material dosage 6 mg,and the maximum saturated adsorption amount of the material reached 334.53 mg/g.Repeated experiments showed that Fe3O4@ZIF-67 can be reused more than 7 times.?2?)In the experiment,Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-53?Al?magnetic nanoporous material was selected as the adsorbent,and methylene blue was used for adsorption experiments to synthesize Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-53?Al?magnetic nanomaterial,ethylene glycol,2-methylimidazole and cobalt chloride hexahydrate as adsorbent to adsorb methylene blue,and then to measure it.Adsorption capacity for dye wastewater.The results show that the optimal conditions for the adsorption of methylene blue by Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-53?Al?metal-organic framework should be based on the experimental conditions of methylene blue solution concentration of 130 mg/L,shaking time of 1 h,pH of 10,material The dosage was 6 mg,and the maximum saturated adsorption amount reached 49.80 mg/g.Repeated experiments show that the Fe3O4@NH2-MIL-53?Al?material can be reused at least 7 times.?3?The experiment in this paper uses chloro?dimethyl?octadecylsilane,zinc nitrate hexahydrate,NN dimethylformamide as raw materials to prepare Fe3O4@MOF-5@C18,and the material is used for methylene blue.The solution was adsorbed to study its properties.The Fe3O4@MOF-5@C18 material was synthesized and characterized.The optimum conditions for the adsorption of methylene blue by Fe3O4@MOF-5@C18 materials were 3mg of adsorbent and4mg/L of methylene blue.The pH of the solution was 4,and the shaking time of the material and the solution was 40 min.The maximum saturated adsorption capacity was measured to be 35.97 mg/g based on the optimum conditions.Finally,the adsorption of methylene blue by Fe3O4@MOF-5@C18 material was used as the experimental basis,and the Fe3O4@MOF-5@C18 material was speculated to be practically applied to the dye wastewater treatment technology.
