The metal organic skeleton is a porous crystal material which consists of metal ions as the coordination center and the multi-tooth organic ligands with the oxygen,nitrogen and other atoms.Its unique structure,high specific surface area and adjustable porosity have attracted great attention in the field of adsorption.Ethylenediamine is a good dye solvent and can be used in the field of printing and dyeing wastewater.The organic framework(EDA/MOF-5)was prepared by modified zinc base metal organic matrix material(MOF-5).The material also possesses the good physical adsorption properties of metal skeleton and the chemical adsorption of ethylene diamine amino,which makes it an efficient adsorption material.The microstructure and properties of EDA/MOF-5 materials were characterized and analysised by FTIR?XRD?SEM?TG and BET.And the solution of Congo red dye was used as adsorption,its adsorption properties of MOF-5 and EDA/MOF-5 were investigated respectively.The results indicated that EDA/MOF-5 has a good adsorption performance for Congo red dye solution,when the concentration of Congo red is 80 mg/L?the temperature of 52°C and the pH of 7,the decolorization rate was 98.9%,compared with that of the MOF-5 increased by 11%;Moreover,the influence of EDA/MOF-5 on the adsorption of Congo red(such as temperature,pH,ionic strength)is relatively small.Using electrostatic spinning technology to add the preparation of EDA/MOF-5 to PAN spinning solution to mixed spinning dope,made by changing the proportion of different solvents,spinning technological parameters and EDA/MOF-5 add quantity condition to preparation of the rough surface and hole composite nanofibers.And to performance test and characterization of the composite nanofibers,and ultimately determine the optimal spinning conditions for N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF)-acetone mixed solvent quality ratio of 4:1,spinning voltage of 24 kV,polyacrylonitrile mass concentration is 15%,receiving distance of 16 cm and EDA/MOF-5 load of 18%.By the adsorption test,the discoloration rate of the Congo red is 73.3%.
