With the continuous development of China's automobile industry technology,automobile manufacturers everywhere are trying their best to bring forth the new.Under the premise of fully meeting the mold manufacturing requirements,improving the mold production efficiency and r&d cycle has become the primary development goal of this industry.In this paper,molybdenum-chromium cast iron,a common material for automobile covering parts,was used as the research object to study the surface integrity of the bevel and curved surface of molybdenum-chromium cast iron,and the optimization of the milling parameters of the ball head was completed by using the established surface roughness prediction model.The main contents are as follows:The surface integrity of ball head milling inclined surface of molybdate chromium cast iron was studied.Firstly,the milling process and the influencing factors of bevel ball head are analyzed deeply,and the milling tests of each factor are designed and carried out.The influence of different cutting methods and bevel Angle on the surface integrity of ball head milling was studied by means of the test of tool position and bevel Angle.The results show that the milling force is the least and the surface integrity is the best.The influence law of milling parameters on surface integrity was studied by means of multi-factor orthogonal test.The results showed that the increase of radial cutting depth and feed per tooth resulted in a significant increase of surface roughness,which was a significant factor affecting surface roughness.Based on the results of milling parameter multi-factor test,the surface roughness prediction model is completed,which provides support for subsequent parameter optimizationThe experimental study on milling of molybdate-chromium cast iron surface ball head was completed.By analyzing and studying the machining characteristics of curved ball head,a sinusoidal ball head milling experiment was designed,which was composed of convex surface and concave surface.According to the change rule of curvature characteristic of sinusoidal surface,some representative characteristic points are selected.The milling force value of each characteristic point is analyzed and compared,and the variation rule of milling force with the structure characteristic is studied.The results show that the milling force value of concave surface is larger than that of convex surface when the curvature is the same,and the change with the curvature is more significant.The variation of milling parameters on milling force and surface integrity of sinusoidal curved surface was studied by single factor milling experimentsFinally,the BP neural network surface roughness prediction model and material removal efficiency are taken as objective functions,the function on the basis of milling parameters as the constraint condition,the function of the multi-objective comprehensive optimization using genetic algorithms(ga),completed the modeling and calculation optimization problem,obtained can satisfy multiple technical requirements of milling parameters of Pareto solution set,for the mould enterprise production management provides a method of optimization.
