Due to the high silicon content in bamboo pulp green liquor,and that is troublesome for the green liquor alkali recovery system.Therefore,green liquor silicon removal is one of the main problems facing non-wood pulp alkali recovery.However,most of the silicoaluminate was produced during the silicon removal process are stacked,landfilled or directly discharged into the environment,causing environmental pollution.Therefore,this study mainly synthesized silicoaluminate by bamboo pulp green liquid aluminum salt method,and controlled its performance,and studied its influence on the performance of non-asbestos rubber sealed plate,in order to realize the resource utilization of the compound.The results show that the main component of the prepared silicoalumino compound is sodium aluminosilicate,and the chemical derivation is AlNaSi2O6·nH2O.It is an amorphous structure with a large number of polar group hydroxyl groups on the surface;the average particle size is 907.5 nm,and the specific surface area is 46.2 m2/g,the particles exist in the form of agglomerates,with a porous structure and an average pore diameter of 13.7 nm.When used as a rubber-sealed plate filler,the optimum amount of aluminum sulfate is 14%.,the degree of beating is 29.6°SR,and the pH is 7.15;As the amount of the silicoaluminate increases,the density,tensile strength and resilience of the sealed plate are gradually increased,but when the amount is more than 30%,the density and tensile strength are gradually decreased.When the amount of the silicoaluminate is 50%,the density is 1.08 g/cm3,the tensile strength is 11.51 MPa,the compression ratio is 7.23%,and the rebound rate is 45.70%;With the increasing amount of silicoaluminate,the amount of calcium carbonate decreased,the density of the material decreased gradually,the tensile strength first increased and then decreased,the maximum was 18.49 MPa,the compression rate did not change much,and the rebound rate was significant.When the amount of the silicoaluminate is 45%and the amount of calcium carbonate is 0%,the density is 1.14 g/cm3,the tensile strength is 12.13 MPa,the compression ratio is 6.97%,and the rebound rate is 44.85%,which is relative to the unadded silicoaluminate,the rebound rate increased by 110.5%.The silicoaluminate is modified,and the modifier KH570 is successfully grafted onto the surface of the silicoaluminate in the form of a chemical bond.The modified silicoaluminate is still amorphous,and its dispersibility is improved,and the agglomeration phenomenon is obviously weakened;With the increasing amount of modifier KH570,the particle size of the silica-alumina compound gradually decreased,and the hydrophobicity and activation degree gradually increased.When the amount of the modifier was 9%,the particle size was 650.1 nm,the activation degree was 95%,and the silicon-aluminum The compounds essentially floated on the surface of the water and showed good hydrophobicity.KH570 modified silicoaluminate is filled with rubber sealing plate.With the increasing amount of modifier KH570,the tensile strength of the sealed plate is gradually increased,the compression rate does not change much,and the rebound rate first rises and then decreases.The maximum is reached when the dosage is 5%.With the increasing amount of modified silicoaluminate,the tensile strength of the sealed plate is obviously improved,and the material density is also improved,the compression rate is not changed much,and the rebound rate is improved.When the addition amount is 35%,the sealing plate has the best performance.At this time,the material density is 1.17 g/cm3,the tensile strength is 16.04 MPa,the compression ratio is 7.14%,and the rebound rate is 46.20%.Therefore,when the amount of the modifier KH570 is 5%and the amount of the modified silicoaluminate is 35%,the performance of the sealed plate is the best.
