In-situ combustion is an oil production technology with the highest thermal efficiency in thermal oil recovery,and rod pump is a common way in in-situ combustion production wells.With the continuous combustion,the combustion front gradually advances from the injection well to the bottom of the production well,and the production performance of the production well changes in stages.Due to the large amount of gas produced in the in-situ combustion production process,in the early reaction stage of in-situ combustion,the temperature near the well has not changed,the liquid production is very low,the viscosity of crude oil is large,and the exploitation is difficult.In the end of in-situ combustion,the temperature is too high and the well is shut down too early,which results in the loss of recovery.The lifting parameters of each stage of the fire oil layer are different.The parameters need to be adjusted continuously in the process of production,which has a great impact on the in-situ combustion production lifting.Therefore,a set of lifting parameters and systems suitable for different stages of in-situ combustion is of great significance to the production of in-situ combustion stage.In this paper,first of all,through the field test of in-situ combustion at home and abroad to study the parameter changes of production well dynamic characteristics in each combustion stage of in-situ combustion and analyze the parameters that affect the lift in different stages of in-situ combustion.Secondly,the problems encountered in the design of conventional water mixing in in-situ combustion are analyzed,in order to normal exploitation in the process of water mixing,the technology of water mixing and viscosity reducing with concentric pipe and water pipe column was designed,and the three-phase independent channel of oil,gas and water was established.Combined with the process of water mixing,fluent software is used to simulate the temperature field of water mixing in concentric pipe and stratum,and the cloud chart of the whole pressure field and temperature field is obtained.On this basis,the water mixing technology in different stages of the in-situ combustion concentric pipe is studied.Finally,the water quantity,temperature and timing of each stage are optimized,and the lifting parameters are optimized.The results show that the method of temperature control and water mixing oil recovery by in-situ combustion can adapt to the whole lifting process,extend the production period and achieve better oil recovery effect.
