Research And Application Of SAGD Large Displacement Lifting Process System

SAGD(steam assisted gravity drainage)is an important process of thick oil mining technology,the current widely used at home and abroad,and the large displacement lifting process system is an important part of SAGD technology,mining effect of SAGD technology has had a huge impact.For domestic oilfield SAGD technology carried out in recent 20 years of research,lifting process system through continuous development,various technical indicators have been basically can satisfy the SAGD production needs,but with the expansion of the scale of production,the continuous improvement of single well production,lifting system technical process to put forward higher requirements,more and more,the problems exposed by the impact of SAGD development effect.This paper focuses on the research of the large capacity lifting process system of SAGD,analyzes the problems existing in each link of the lifting process system,finds out the reasons,and studies the solution to the problem.Through the research,the technical optimization and upgrading of wellhead safety,light rod,sucker rod,oil pipe and large displacement pipe pump were carried out,and the production was successfully put into production.At the same time,the research and exploration of SAGD no-bar pump lifting technology has been carried out,and the introduction of imported high temperature electric submersible pump has been completed,and the domestic production of high temperature electric submersible pump has been successfully realized,and the production effect is remarkable.Through constant technical innovation and upgrading,SAGD lifting process system has large displacement can completely meet the requirements of SAGD production,all the technology passed the production validation,relative to foreign technology,more able to adapt to development of heavy oil field,liaohe oilfield production index has reached the design.
