In the current world,crude oil is one of the most important strategic resources and is of decisive significance for the development of various countries and the improvement of their comprehensive strength.With the rapid development of the petroleum industry and the surge in oil extraction,in the process of crude oil production,it is particularly important to evaluate the capacity of oil wells,monitor the working status,and extract oil and gas resources reasonably and efficiently.Moreover,because there are still many problems in the measurement technology of crude oil moisture content at home and abroad,this paper conducts research and debugging on parameter optimization and measurement system.The actual change of water content is of great significance to the exploitation and production of oil fields.In this paper,the COMSOL simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the antenna structure,determine the RF antenna material,size and shape,design the antenna's external protective film and power retention technology,and optimize the best transmission frequency;for the existing domestic and foreign crude oil The problem of multi-value and low resolution of water cut measurement is devoted to the optimization of parameters of the crude oil water cut measurement system by radio frequency method,including antenna structure,working frequency,pipeline structure,etc.On the basis of optimization,a new set of cup-shaped crude oil moisture content measurement device and wellhead measurement pipeline measurement device were form ed;a complete set of circuits for crude oil moisture content of radio frequency method was developed,including excitation signal module,operational amplification module,AD sampling module,Modulation detection module,data storage module and other pa rts,and display the measurement results on the display screen through communication.After debugging the various functional modules,indoor and outdoor experimental simulation platforms were established,and a large number of experiments were conducte d using different proportions of oil-water mixed fluids to verify the stability,reliability,and overall performance of the RF antenna and measurement system.Tests and test results show that the optimized water rate measurement system has good performance,not only has good single value and linearity,but also has high resolution and measure ment accuracy,which can meet the requirements of crude oil moisture content.,Field tests were conducted in the oil field to verify the performance of the system.
