With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater has gradually attracted people's attention.High concentration organic wastewater has the characteristics of high COD concentration and good biodegradability.Therefore,anaerobic digestion is the preferred process for the front-end treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater.At present,anaerobic biological treatment of wastewater still has many problems in the operation process,such as acidification,sludge loss,and disappearance of granular sludge in the equipment during operation.For this reason,this experiment uses fruit wastewater as the experimental water quality,through the comprehensive comparison of the operating data of the cyclone anaerobic reactor and the common anaerobic reactor,combined with the operating phenomena and data of an anaerobic reactor in a slaughterhouse in Yantai City,Explore the importance of cyclone anaerobic reactors in curbing sludge loss and maintaining anaerobic reactor stability.During the test,due to the control of water volume,the cyclone anaerobic reactor and the ordinary anaerobic reactor first intermittently enter the water,and then gradually increase the water inlet frequency test;Under high load conditions,continuous uniform water intake is used to facilitate comparison with intermittent operation.The effects of cyclonic anaerobic reactor and common anaerobic reactor on fruit wastewater treatment during batch start-up period and load-lift period and their sludge settling performance were studied.Variation of SS concentration in effluent and comparison with effluent SS of anaerobic reactor in actual engineering;the change of sludge concentration and the formation time of the granular sludge and the comparison of the particle size.The test results and conclusions are as follows:1.On the 21 st day,the organic load of the two anaerobic reactors reached2kg/m3.d,and the startup was completed.At this stage,the two anaerobic reactors were operated at the same load.The average COD removal rate of the cycloneanaerobic reactor was 84.8%,and the average COD removal rate of the common anaerobic reactor was 77.5%;a large layer of scum is stored in the common anaerobic reactor liquid area,and the cyclone anaerobic reactor is substantially free of scum under the stirring and degassing of the stirring device.2.In the load-lifting stage,according to the removal rate-increasing load principle,the load increase between the two anaerobic reactors is deviated,and the load-increasing speed of the cyclone anaerobic reactor is significantly higher than that of the ordinary anaerobic reactor.At this stage,the average COD removal rate during the stabilization of the cyclone anaerobic reactor was 82%;the average anaerobic reactor had an average COD removal rate of 81% during the stabilization period.3.In the continuous uniform water inflow stage,the thickness of the floating mud of the common anaerobic reactor is no longer increased,and the SS concentration of the effluent of the two anaerobic reactors is also significantly reduced.It proves that the continuous and stable water inlet mode is the normal sludge culture mode of the production equipment,which can effectively solve the sludge loss problem.4.The formation time,particle size and concentration of granular sludge in cyclone anaerobic reactor are better than ordinary anaerobic reactor,indicating that the cyclone anaerobic reactor can provide better operating conditions for the formation of granular sludge.The sludge concentration of the cyclone anaerobic reactor is always higher than that of the conventional anaerobic reactor.The degassing function and the scum return function of the stirring device alleviate the sludge loss phenomenon,and the reactor is formed to form floating mud on the liquid surface;the stirring and mixing function makes the sludge ingest more nutrients to multiply faster,and the sludge concentration is relatively high.higher.5.Analyze the operation data and working conditions of the UASB reactor of a slaughterhouse in Yantai City.Comparing the operation data of two anaerobic reactors in the laboratory,the continuous operation of the production equipment is of great significance.The problem of sludge loss and liquid surface floating mud in the UASB reactor of a slaughterhouse in Yantai City and the resulting load difficulty are causedby the fact that the reactor fails to uniformly and stably enter the water,and the continuous and stable uniform water supply method can suppress the sludge.Go up and reduce excessive sludge loss.
