Today,with the rapid development of logistics and shipping,inland river ports play an important role in social economy.However,the development of inland river port is hindered by the weak competitiveness,repeated construction,low efficiency,environmental pollution and unbalanced development.Therefore,the evaluation of inland river port is helpful to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the current development of inland river ports,so as to adjust and put forward corresponding development strategies.The ecological intensive policy requires that inland river ports should take both efficiency and environmental resources into account while ensuring competitiveness and benefits.Therefore,the paper is divided into two parts:the first part is the competitiveness evaluation of inland river ports from the perspective of ecological intensive;the second part is the comprehensive efficiency calculation of inland river ports from the Perspective of ecological intensive,and p corresponding suggestions according to the specific situation.First of all,the paper analyzes the inland river ports itself,including the overview and current situation of the inland river ports,and then analyzes the current situation of the research on the comprehensive efficiency and competitiveness of the inland river ports at home and abroad,the concept of the competitiveness and comprehensive efficiency of the inland river ports,which provides the theoretical basis for ’the later research;secondly,it expounds the relationship between the ecological intensification and the competitiveness and comprehensive efficiency of the inland river ports;finally,it makes an empirical analysis In this paper,28 inland river ports in China are taken as the research object.The evaluation index system of the competitiveness of inland river port is established from the perspective of ecological intensification,and the scores of inland river ports are calculated by the method of maximizing the deviation,and the ranking of competitiveness of inland river ports and the indexes with larger influencing factors are obtained by TOPSIS.Secondly,the ecological set is calculated by sbm-dea model From the perspective of Investment-Output comprehensive efficiency of inland river ports,this paper studies the change trend of comprehensive efficiency of inland river ports from 2014 to 2018,calculates total factor productivity and decomposition with Malmquist,and puts forward corresponding development suggestions.In this paper,the combination of comprehensive efficiency and competitiveness,and the introduction of ecological intensive guidance,has the significance of sustainable development,and also provides a new perspective and strategy for the evaluation of inland river ports.The results show that:(1)the competitiveness of inland river port is mainly related to the infrastructure and intensive civilization,and the better the infrastructure,the higher the level of intensive civilization.(2)The regions with strong competitiveness of inland river ports are mainly distributed in central and South China,which is related to the city level.The higher the city level is,the stronger the competitiveness of inland river ports is.There are some relatively weak inland river ports in the south,mainly because of the unreliable infrastructure construction,the big difference in competitiveness of northeast inland river ports,and the overall competitiveness is not as strong as that of Southern inland river ports.(3)The comprehensive efficiency of inland river port is generally low,and it has been rising slowly in the past five years.The technology and scale management of inland river ports are not mature,and the technology cannot keep up with the development of inland river ports under the guidance of ecological intensification.(4)The geographical location and urban development of inland river ports also affect the comprehensive efficiency of inland river ports.There are great differences among different inland river ports.The areas with high comprehensive efficiency are mainly east China,central China and South China.The areas with low comprehensive efficiency are northeast China and southwest China.The materials and investment in Southwest China are not as much as those in developed cities.The main areas in Northeast China are Coal mines and ores are the main industries,and the comprehensive efficiency will be reduced due to the restriction of national environmental regulations.
