Printing is one of the important media for information transmission,and the current printing method still stays on the expression of static information,which could not meet the needs of the current printing for dynamic information transmission.At the same time,information is easily lost in the printing process,in order to effectively prevent the fake and inferior products,also support genuine copies to help customers identify genuine packaging,printing products must effectively improve anti-counterfeiting performance,and printing technology based on Moire is the focus of research in the field of printing to improve those problems.Aiming at the shortcomings of single graphic information in the printing process and the low anti-counterfeiting coefficient of static Moire,this thesis proposes the research and application of dynamic display effects of information based on Moire.This research mainly combines with the theory of optical characteristic of Moire,human eye visual characteristic and printing and screening technology,a variety of dynamic display models and their anti-counterfeiting application models for different effects were established,the built models were analyzed to complete the application of dynamic display effect based on Moire.(1)Establishment and experimental verification of the matching relationship of dynamic display effects of information based on MoireThis thesis analyzed the optical characteristics of the Moire dynamic display effect,according to the grayscale relationship between the composite image and each image,the image interpolation frame was established to calculate the specific mathematical relationship and raster grayscale relationship.And the best matching parameter relationship between the main image and the dynamic grating was theoretically constructed.On the other hand,combined with experimental examples based on the established optimal relationship,the translation,swing,and color three-dimensional dynamic display effects were successfully completed,and the research on multi-level comprehensive dynamic display effects was completed,which verified the effectiveness of the dynamic display effect matching relationship.(2)Establishment and verification of automatic display module for dynamic display effect of information based on MoireAccording to the inserting frame algorithm by GUI in Matlab software,the methods of framing and transparent grating were studied,the main image framing module and transparent grating module were generated,and the development program about dynamic display effect based on Moire was established.On this basis,the automatic generation system of Moire dynamic display model combined with some examples was verified,which realized the simulation design and development about dynamic display effect of information based on Moire.(3)Establishment and evaluation of printing anti-counterfeiting model for dynamic display effect of information based on MoireAiming at the generated Moire dynamic display information,combined with the phase modulation information hiding method,a multiple Moire information hiding model was established,and multiple hidden information was embedded in the printing gray-scale carrier image according to the dot displacement relationship.At the same time,the multiinformation hidden model and the dynamic information hidden model were established by matching different screening parameters.The anti-counterfeiting model about dynamic display effect based on Moire was verified after the examples,and the subjective evaluation and objective evaluation of the experimental results to complete the anti-counterfeiting application of dynamic display effect of information based on Moire.In this thesis,a matching relationship was proposed to quantify and the method of dynamic display effect was simplified by the research of the dynamic display effect of multiple Moire patterns.On this basis,the application of multiple dynamic Moire in the field of printing can improve the expression of printing dynamic graphic information,also can enhance the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of information acquisition;The application in the field of printing anti-counterfeiting can improve the anti-counterfeiting performance and coefficient,and increase the high added value of products.
