In recent years,the electronic display industry has put forward more performance requirements for high-end display materials because of the continuous development of the electronic information industry.Electronic substrate glass has become one of the important raw materials for the screen display industry because of its good chemical stability and mechanical properties,especially in compression resistance,falling resistance and attain resistance.But there are also some inevitable problems has appear during the widely used,the electronic substrate glass without special processing will bring strong glare which caused by light transmission,refraction and reflection,and will get serious damage to the human visual nervous system,that is a serious problem of light pollution.In this thesis,the electronic substrate glass will be frosted by chemical etching to prepare ultrafine frosted glass with low roughness,high glossiness and light transmittance,to solve the problem of light pollution in the source,and research its application performance preliminarily.This thesis take the target of pursuing the surface of frosted glass to attain the ultrafine frosted standard,and studied with the electronic substrate display glass,understanding the reaction mechanism of frosting,improving the traditional formula of glass frosting to explore and design the composition of the frosting solution suitable for ultrafine glass frosting,through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the ratio of the components of the frosting liquid was optimized,and the process parameters of the ultrafine glass frosting were analyzed and studied by using the control variable method,the most suitable process conditions in the laboratory were determined.The surface morphology of ultra-fine frosted glass was measured and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,SEM and AFM,and its application effect was evaluated by energy spectrometer,roughness meter,glossiness meter,transmittance and haze meter.The research results of this thesis are described as follows:(1)Based on the improvement of the traditional glass frosting formula,taking the overall frosting effect of glass as the evaluation index,the composition of the glass ultrafine frosting liquid is determined by exploration and designed as:NaF?KF?CaF2?(NH4)2SO4?K2SO4?(NaPO3)6.The single factor experiment was used to study the effect of each component in the glass frosting reaction,and the combination of orthogonal experiments was used to scientifically optimize the ratio of each component in the ultrafine glass frosting liquid to the frosted glass surface.Taking the surface roughness of frosted glass as the main reference index and the frosting rate as the auxiliary reference,the optimum proportion of the ultrafine glass frosting liquid is determined as(mass ratio/g):NaF:KF:CaF2:(NH4)2SO4:K2SO4:(NaPO3)6:H2O=45:7:0.8:0.8:0.6:0.6:280?(2)Using the optimal ratio of frosting liquid to frosting glass,the surface roughness of the frosted glass was used as the evaluation standard to study the influence of main external factors on the frosting effect,the optimum process conditions for frosting were selected as frosting time 3 min,frosting temperature 24? and frosting liquid pH=2.5.(3)The surface of frosted glass was tested and analyzed by metallographic microscope,SEM and AFM,and the frosted glass prepared under different conditions which has different surface roughness was compared,according to the test results,to appraised it attain the standard of ultrafine frosting or not.The test results show that:when the best laboratory frosting process frosting glass are unused,the frosted glass surface roughness is large,the fluorosilicate particles have different morphologies,spherical and spinel shape appeared and the size of it has obvious difference,uneven distribution,the frosted glass appears difference light and shade on surface.When use the best laboratory frosting processing conditions to frosting glass,the surface roughness decreased rapidly,the fluorosilicate ultrafine particles on surface shows like convex lens,surface of frosted glass is smooth and attain the standard of ultrafine frosting.(4)Measuring the surface composition,roughness,glossiness,transmittance and haze of glass when it frosted or not,and evaluate the application performance of frosted glass.The results shows that the type and content of elements on the surface of glass were almost unchanged after frosting,there are only 0.03%fluorine has introduced,which shows that glass frosting will not affect its excellent application performance.The surface roughness of the ultrafine frosted glass prepared in the experiment is about 0.09?m,the glossiness is about 75Gs,the light transmittance is about 85%,and the haze is about 5%,which attain the standard of screen glass.After frosting,a layer of ultrafine fluorosilicate particles with the performance of antiglare and antireflection is formed on the surface of the frosted glass.
