Pyridine compounds are a very important class of compounds.They are widely found in drugs,materials chemistry,natural compounds,and are important synthetic intermediates in organic synthesis.The pyridine ring is also an essential structure for many biologically active compounds.Therefore,the research of pyridine ring-containing compounds has attracted wide attention from chemists.Cyclopentane compounds occupy a very important position in organic compounds.The effective method of synthesizing cyclopentane compounds is to achieve cycloaddition of olefins with other compounds through transition metal catalysis,the reduction coupling synthesis of intramolecular olefins is achieved through single-electron redox There are relatively few studies on chiral five-membered ring compounds.In recent years,the research on the catalytic reaction of visible light has been rapidly developed.It has the characteristics of mild reaction,green,high efficiency and simple operation.Based on the advantages of visible light catalysis and the importance of cyclopentane compounds,this paper studies the reaction of using visible light to catalyze the reductive coupling of intramolecular olefins through single electron redox to obtain chiral cyclopentane compounds.We use DPZ(dicyanopyrazine photosensitive compound)independently developed by the laboratory as a photocatalyst(DPZ has a high catalytic effect,the general dosage is 0.5%),and N-phenyltetrahydroisoquinoline is used as a reducing agent,Chiral Br?nsted acid is used to control the chirality,through synergistic catalysis with photocatalyst,and chiral Br?nsted acid hydrogen bond is used to activate the substrate enantioselectivity of the reaction to complete the intramolecular olefin reductive coupling to obtain chirality Cyclopentane compounds,and achieved high yields and high enantioselectivity.
