Research On The Profit Quality Evaluation Of Salt Listed Companies

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the salt industry management system,domestic salting enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.Facing the policy environment of deepening the reform of monopoly industries,China's salting enterprises have begun to merge and reorganize,and technological transformation and expansion.The profit quality directly determines the sustainability of the company's development.The change in policy has caused the concern of the profit quality of salting companies.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index is selected to build a comprehensive evaluation system for the profit quality of salt companies.The evaluation and analysis can help the management to identify the shortcomings and loopholes of the company's finances and operations in a timely manner,and formulate targeted optimization measures to expand the profitability of the company,improve the quality of profit,and promote the development of the company.In the research of this article,first of all,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the quality of profit,theconcept of profit quality and related theories are briefly explained.At the same time,the development status of the salinization industry is briefly introduced.Indexes,growth indicators,stability indicators,profitability indicators,and safety indicators are selected from the five aspects of profit quality evaluation indicators,and the indicators are selected to construct a more scientific and reasonable profit quality evaluation system.Then take Yunnan Energy Investment as an example to apply the profit quality evaluation model to obtain a comprehensive score of its profit quality from 2014 to 2018.Combined with Yunnan Energy Investment's single index analysis,take the industry level as the main object,use vertical comparison and The horizontal comparison more directly reflects the profit quality level of the enterprise,and analyzes and evaluates the profit quality of Yunnan Energy Investment.The research results in this paper indicate that the profit quality of Yunnan Energy Investment needs to be improved in recent years.The profitability level of its profit quality is low,the account receivable management system is not complete,and the efficiency of capital recovery is low.The cost control ability is weak,affecting the company Profit quality profit level;earnings growth is slow,lacks core competitiveness and the company's asset utilization efficiency is relatively low.Yunnan Energy Investment should strengthen the management of accounts receivable according to the issues raised,controlcosts,expand markets,focus on the quality of asset management,etc.,to improve the quality of its own profits,so as to help the company's sustainable development and other salt In order to provide reference for optimizing the quality of profit for enterprises and listed companies in other industries.
