In order to promote maritime traffic safety and protect the marine environment,the major ports in China have built Vessel Traffic Service '(VTS)systems.However,these VTS systems are all imported from foreign manufacturers.The main manufacturers include STYRIS of the European Airbus Group,TRANSAS of the United Kingdom and HITT of the Netherlands.Domestic VTS has gradually begun to gain application.VTS is a complex application system integrating radar,wireless communication,AIS,CCTV,meteorology,ship database system and electronic chart.The systems provided by different manufacturers have their own data formats and communication protocols,forming a large number of heterogeneous Data,it is difficult to exchange data with each other.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the exchange of VTS heterogeneous data and realize the sharing of information.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for data standardization for the promotion of localized VTS.Based on the background of the VTS localization project,this paper combs and discusses the development status of the VTS system at home and abroad,analyzes and studies various heterogeneous data formats and exchange protocols,and proposes related technologies and techniques for VTS data exchange.The specific content is as follows:(1)Analyze the VTS heterogeneous data format and communication protocol,and classify the internal and external data and the data to be exchanged.(2)The structural model and functional model of data fusion technology are analyzed,the data fusion problem caused by heterogeneous VTS is discussed,and the correlation algorithm of radar tracking and AIS trajectory and data fusion of adjacent VTS overlapping areas are given Scheme.(3)Analyze the heterogeneous data format and communication protocol of Airbus Group's STYRIS system,and put forward the analysis method and data conversion interface of data that need to be exchanged externally,so as to realize the need for data exchange of the existing VTS system.(4)A detailed analysis of the IVEF format for data exchange between VTSs recommended by the International Navigational Standards Organization was made,and suggestions for normalization and standardization of relevant data in the localization of VTS in China and information exchange between VTSs suitable for China Data format.(5)Focusing on the exchange of heterogeneous radar signals and ship tracking data as an example,a data exchange model based on WEB Service was constructed and successfully applied to actual engineering projects.
