Green is a necessary condition and requirement for the development of modern agriculture, and an important component for promoting the construction of ecological civilization.Jingzhou is a major national agricultural product area and is a large agricultural city in Hubei Province. It has good agricultural resource conditions, optimal resource ratio structure, and superior socio-economic foundation. Therefore, this paper hopes to summarize the relevant theories of agricultural green development at home and abroad, and construct an evaluation model and indicator system for agricultural green development in Jingzhou from three dimensions: agricultural resources and environment, agricultural green production, and rural living standards.Based on 8-year data, the entropy method,TOPSIS method, and impact model were used to analyze the level of agricultural green development and influencing factors in Jingzhou, with a view to providing reference for the agricultural economic development of Jingzhou and the sustainable development of agriculture in the southern water network region. For further research, this article will be divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and significance of this article, the current status of research at home and abroad, research content, methods and innovation. The second chapter is the basic concept and theoretical basis of agricultural green development. The main purpose is to clarify the factors restricting the green development of agriculture from the theoretical aspect, and to lay the theoretical foundation for the later research. The third chapter analyzes the current status of agricultural green development in Jingzhou.Mainly by reviewing the literature, sorting out the basic situation of agricultural green development in Jingzhou City, describing the current agricultural industry and product structure, and policy information. The fourth chapter is an empirical analysis of the factors affecting agricultural green development. This chapter mainly analyzes the influencing factors of rural green development in China by constructing an index system of agricultural green development in Jingzhou City, and by means of the entropy method,TOPSIS model, and influence model.Find out the influencing factors restricting the green development of agriculture. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the countermeasures. This chapter mainly summarizes the empirical analysis of the fourth chapter, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the green development of agriculture based on the actual situation of Jingzhou. The main conclusions of the analysis are: the level of agricultural greendevelopment in Jingzhou has been increasing year by year, and the overall level of agricultural green development in Jingzhou has been rising from 2010 to 2017.All levels of systems also show the same upward trend, but there are differences in the increase rates. The rural ecological environment system has the fastest increase rate, and the green production system has the slowest increase rate. From the closeness of each level system to the ideal value, each The overall progress of the tiered system shows an upward trend, which is consistent with the level of green development, but the closeness of the two subsystems of green production and the ecological environment shows a certain volatility characteristic of first decline and then increase;it can be obtained from the analysis of the impact model From 2010 to 2017,the level and change of agricultural green development in Jingzhou City were mainly restricted by the factors such as mulch film coverage area, fertilizer application amount, pesticide application intensity, forest coverage rate, etc.,and the restriction degree of each subsystem was ecological environment in descending order,Green production and living standards.
