With the rapid development of China's social economy,the health of seafood diet has attracted much attention.According to the investigation in recent years,the aquatic products in the East China market are greatly affected by the heavy metal arsenic.In view of this phenomenon,this paper investigated the arsenic content level of sea water and sediment in Zhejiang coastal area,combined with the migration path and transformation law of arsenic,inferred the risk of arsenic content in sea products in Zhejiang coastal area.Based on the investigation and analysis of the arsenic speciation distribution and arsenic content level in the common fishing and aquaculture seafood in Zhejiang Province,the status of arsenic pollution in the coastal seafood of Zhejiang Province was mastered.Based on the data obtained from the survey,the correlation between arsenic in fishery environment and seafood was analyzed,and the dietary risk of arsenic in seafood in Zhejiang coastal area was evaluated.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The results are as follows:the mean value of total arsenic content in surface seawater of Sanmen sea area is significantly higher than that of other sea areas,the difference of total arsenic content in sediment of sea area is small,and the arsenic content in water quality and sediment of five sea areas is small All meet the standards.According to the law of arsenic migration and transformation in the literature,it can be concluded that the arsenic content in the coastal seafood of Zhejiang Province is low and the risk is low.2.The concentration and pH of HPLC-ICP-MS mobile phase,the selection of chromatographic column and the setting of ICP-MS mass spectrometry parameters were optimized.The content of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in common marine products of Zhejiang Province was determined by the optimized method.28 kinds of 777 samples of marine products were collected and tested.The experimental results showed that the average content of total arsenic in different kinds of marine products was between0.48-17mg/kg,among which the highest content of total arsenic was Porphyra,followed by crustaceans,cephalopods and shellfish,and the lowest content of total arsenic in fish.The average inorganic arsenic content of different kinds of seafood is between0.0065-0.24mg/kg,among which the highest inorganic arsenic content is in Porphyra,then in shellfish and crustaceans,and the lowest in cephalopods and fish.All seafood meet the limit standard of inorganic arsenic,indicating the low risk of coastal seafood in Zhejiang Province.3.Arsenic in all seafood(except Porphyra)mainly exists in the form of AsB,which is much higher than other arsenic compounds.Arsenic sugar is the main arsenic form in Porphyra samples,DMA has a small amount of detection,about 5%,inorganic arsenic As~??As~V accounts for less than 1%,MMA is basically not detected;in fish,large yellow croaker has a small amount of As~?and DMA detection.4.The highest content of inorganic arsenic is Porphyra,the limit value ADI 0.128mg stipulated by FAO/WHO.According to the results of calculation,it is proved that the risk of inorganic arsenic diet in Zhejiang coastal seafood is relatively small.
