In general, during logging, perforating and fracturing, the construction process will have a great impact on the cement sheath, resulting in the phenomenon of fracture and separation of cementation interface in the cement sheath. In serious cases,it will even lead to the complete destruction of borehole sealing. The key material of cement sheath is cement stone, which interacts with casing to achieve the function of interlayer sealing. In the preparation of cement paste, adding a certain amount of toughening materials can improve the anti shrinkage, toughness and strength of cement paste.According to this principle, when making cement ring, cement and fiber materials can be mixed to improve the performance of cement ring, thus improving the quality of interlayer sealing and avoiding the complete destruction of interlayer sealing during relevant operations. In this paper, the oil well fiber reinforced cement is studied in depth, including the engineering performance of cement paste and the mechanical performance of oil well cement stone. At the same time, the performance of oil well cement stone and traditional cement stone are compared, and the cementing effect of them is evaluated.Different fiber additives are added to cement stone, the properties of cement stone under different fiber materials are analyzed, and the best downhole environment for using various toughening additives cement stone is judged. The conclusion of this paper can be used for reference to improve the cementing quality.By choosing appropriate toughening additives, the quality of oil wells can be improved, the service life of oil wells can be increased, and the productivity of oil wells can be improved finally, which will bring great economic benefits to the country and society.
