Ansai Oilfield is located in the Loess Plateau,with small single well outp ut and low formation pressure.It has the unique advantages of reducing resour ce waste,reducing investment cost and speeding up the construction process to adopt skid mounted mixed transportation equipment for oil and gas transportat ion.It is of great significance to design and develop new skid mounted equip ment for oil and gas mixed transportation.On the basis of summarizing the technical status of skid mounted equipme nt at home and abroad,according to the production characteristics of Ansai Oil field,by analyzing the process flow of the existing booster station,the integrat ed scheme of oil-gas mixed transportation skid mounted equipment is proposed,and the relevant core equipment is calculated and selected according to the es tablished design principles,the oil-gas mixed transportation skid mounted equip ment is designed,and the oil-gas mixed transportation skid mounted equipment is drawn by Solid Works software Three dimensional view of.One of the imp ortant features of the design is that the explosion-proof electromagnetic heater i s used to heat the mixed medium,which completely solves the problems of se rious waste of resources,environmental pollution and poor safety in the heatin g process of the existing water jacket furnace;the other important feature of t he design is that the redundant working mode of "one main and one standby" is adopted for the mixed pump,which is conducive to the improvement of the life and reliability of the whole set of equipment.In order to analyze the transportation performance of skid mounted equipm ent for oil-gas mixed transportation,the flow calculation model and process cal culation method of gas-liquid two-phase pipe are summarized firstly.Combined with the longest and most fluctuating oil-gas mixed transportation pipeline in a certain block of Ansai Oilfield,the steady-state simulation analysis is carried out by using multi-phase simulation software Olga,and the temperature,press ure and other parameters of the mixed transportation pipeline under different g as-oil ratio,transportation capacity and other conditions are obtained The result s show that the designed skid mounted equipment can meet the requirements o f oil and gas mixed transportation in Ansai Oilfield.In the simulation of slug flow and transient condition of oil-gas mixed transportation pipeline,the slug flow in different gas-oil ratio and sharp changes of pipeline topography is analy zed.It is concluded that the slug flow can be effectively restrained by installin g throttle valve at the outlet of pipeline and adjusting the opening of throttle v alve.Through the simulation and analysis of the transient conditions caused by normal operation,such as the initial start-up,flow transient,shutdown and res tart of the mixed pipeline,the temperature,pressure and liquid holdup paramet ers of the mixed pipeline are obtained.Through comparison,it is found that th e designed skid mounted equipment has strong adaptability and can operate nor mally under the sudden conditions.The simulation results also show that the designed skid mounted equipment also has the best operating conditions,such as oil-gas mixed transportation under the optimal gas oil ratio of 20-40,and its operation effect is better.The successful commissioning of the oil and gas mixture skid mounted equipment shows the advanced and scientific design method.
