With the increasing progress of the natural gas industry,especially the emergence and development of unconventional natural gas,the natural gas industry will steadily rise,eventually surpassing oil and becoming the world's largest consumer energy source.Therefore,the technology related to natural gas pretreatment is increasingly receiving more attention.In industrial production,it is necessary to determine the pretreatment process and process according to the acid gas composition,proportion of the raw gas,and the specific requirements of the product gas.This paper summarizes the existing frequently used natural gas treatment processes and methods through a large number of investigations and collations,and draws the scenarios and scope of each scheme through theoretical and practical comparisons.At a basicof the gas quality conditions of a gas field in the domestic extended oil field.the purification results of its natural gas purification plant are the starting point for optimization.Based on these existing actual processing data,the entire process software simulation is used to deacidify and dehydrate the process,especially the absorption tower,Reboilers and heat exchangers are optimized to reduce the amount of reagents used in the entire process,the amount of solution circulation,electrical energy,and heat energy consumption.Based on the Aspen Plus model established by the original processing plant,the simulation calculation under multiple conditions was completed.The single-factor analysis method was also used to screen and mix different amine liquid formulas,and finally determine the process parameters such as the composition and concentration of the amine liquid.The sensitivity analysis method was used to test the key parameters of the absorption tower and the regeneration tower.Determine process parameters such as liquid phase reflux ratio,number of trays,etc.;Optimize the heat exchange network of the process flow with Energy Analyzer,effectively reduce the comprehensive energy consumption of the system after optimization,and improve exergy efficiencyIn the end,after a lot of simulation experiments,through comparison with the actual data of the treatment plant,an efficient,energy-saving and environmentally friendly deacidification system and an amine liquid circulation scheme were selected,that is,the MDEA system using PZ as an activator(which The molar ratio is 10:3,the total concentration is 4mol/L);a low energy consumption and high purification rate dehydration scheme is determined in the simulation of the process,that is,a three-tower molecular sieve dehydration process is used;finally,the entire The process was optimized for heat exchange and energy analysis,and finally the optimized energy consumption and optimization plan were obtained.The optimization results can make the purification unit reduce the overall energy consumption by 67.4815 kg CE/h compared with the previous process,and save the unit energy consumption by 9.3759kg CE/10~4m~3,annual cost savings of 1.0143 million yuan.
