| In recent years,the energy consumption of western gas pipelines is continuously increasing.Compressors are the main energy-consuming equipments of long-distance natural gas pipelines,so reduction of energy consumption of compressors becomes the focus of energy-saving research.Along with the connections of western gas pipelines I,II and III,combined operation by reasonable flow rate distribution programs of western gas pipelines to reduce energy consumption of compressors changes into a feasible approach.Based on the stoner pipeline simulator(SPS)models of western gas pipelines,the effects of seasons,cooler temperatures,compressor pressures and boot programs to energy consumption of compressors are discussed in this paper.The result shows seasons,compressor pressures and boot programs are mian influencing factors to energy consumption,while cooler temperatures are secondary influencing factor.Then,this paper sets up multiple groups to simulate the running data of compressors according to main influencing factors,and use the simulation data to establish energy functions of each western gas pipeline and mathematical models of pipelines combined operation.At last the validation proves that mathematical models satisfy error tolerance,so company can solve optimal flow rate distribution programs for different operating conditions using the mathematical models. |
