Enrichment Of Selenium In Camellia Oleifera And Selenium Fertilizer Effect On The Quality Of Camellia Oil

Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in the human body.It is known as the "king of anti-cancer" and has the functions of scavenging free radicals,preventing aging and protecting the cardiovascular system.However,2/3 of the regions in China are in the state of selenium deficiency,as a unique oil crop in China,camellia oil named "Oriental Olive Oil",it'sunsaturated fatty acid is over 90%.It has lot of natural active ingredients such as vitamin E,squalene and flavonoids,has the function of anti-aging and prevention of cardiovascular disease.The production of selenium-enriched camellia oilhas higher health-care function than common camellia oil,and at the same time enrich selenium contents,to adjust people's diet structure,and supplement selenium in daily diet to achieve the purpose of safe selenium supplementation.This paper adopts the field test method,and the test base is located at the Camellia oleifera base of huizhou district,Huangshan city,Anhui province.The effects of fertilization methods,selenium fertilizer types,fertilization times and fertilization time on the yield and selenium content of camellia oleifera were studied,and the effects of selenium on the antioxidant capacity of camellia oil were discussed.The results showed that both soil application and foliar spraying could significantly increase the selenium content in camellia oil to 0.020-0.050mg/kg,which was 0.43?2.5 times higher than the control group.Selenium fertilizer could increase the yield of camellia oleifera by 0.18?4.8 times compared with the control group,among which root application was better than leaf application.This research group developed a selenium fertilizer to increase the yield and selenium content of camellia oleifera.The time and times of spraying selenium fertilizer on the leaf surface affect the selenium enrichment effect of camellia oleifera.Within a certain range,the selenium enrichment effect of camellia oleifera is relatively good because the spraying time is early and The Times are more.Compared with the control group,selenium enhanced the antioxidant capacity of camellia oil,and selenium fertilizer did not affect the fatty acid composition,flavor and quality of tea oil.
