Study On Comprehensive Treatment Mode And Subsidence Land Reuse Of Coal Mining Subsidence Area In Huainan City

The standard for the Huainan mining subsidence area comprehensive treatment model and the subsidence land use has carried on the research.By analyzing the geological situation and subsidence characteristics of the subsidence area,the operation status and subsidence status of the coal enterprises in the city area are analyzed.The process of comprehensive treatment of Huainan mining subsidence area during "Twelve-Five" period is reviewed,especially the relocation and resettlement of the masses in the subsidence area during the comprehensive treatment;The problems existing in the comprehensive treatment of Huainan mining subsidence area are found,and the main reasons of these problems are analyzed by using the topic analysis method.According to the reason,the work orientation of the comprehensive treatment of the subsidence area during "Thirteen-Five" is determined;Based on the existing prediction model of mature coal subsidence,according to the prediction of"Thirteen-Five" during "the principle of far-thick and fine",the subsidence area is studied,and the influence of mining subsidence on the main municipal road and water system in the region is analyzed with the subsidence area analysis.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper divides Huainan coal mining subsidence area into four zones,and according to the coal seam mining status and social economic reality,the four main governance modes of environmental engineering,ecological agriculture,landscape gardening.and solid waste utilization are identified.and the actual planning subsidence area of infrastructure repair and maintenance projects and landless farmers re-employment projects;According to the basic principle of guiding practice,the paper also lays down the land reuse project of the four areas which are used for the subsidence of the land.In order to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the comprehensive management of Huainan mining subsidence area,it will provide a help for Huainan to build a provincial edition of the resource-exhausted city transformation and develop a well-off society.
