The atmosphere, water, soil ecological environment problems caused by the large amount of coal mining must inevitably lead to the decline of the ecological environment carrying capacity. In order to realize the sustainable development of coal mining, the research on the ecological environment carrying capacity of coal mining subsidence area must be strengthened. At present, the research on the ecological environment carrying capacity of coal mining subsidence area is relatively a few, therefore, the Huainan Panxie Coal Mining Subsidence Area was selected as the research object for quantitative research on the ecological environment carrying capacity of coal mining subsidence area. The relative surplus degree model of coal mining subsidence area was established, the relative ratio model was also used in this paper.In order to more clearly explain the research content, Panji No.1, Panji No.2,Xieqiao,Guqiao and Dingji in Panxie coal mining subsidence area as the research project. Pollutant weight coefficient method was used to compare bearing capacity of water environment and soil environment in the different subsidence area, their evolution rules were also analyzed and summarized. Finally taking Panji No.3 Coal Mining Subsidence Area as an example, the components of coal mining subsidence area ecological environment carrying capacity consist of the collapse of the atmospheric environment, subsidence area water environment, subsidence district soil environment, mining environment and mining technical level. This five first level indicators consist of secondary indicators. Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the first level indicators and secondary indicators of the weight and passed the consistency checking. Using vector norm method calculated the Panji No.3 Coal mining subsidence area ecological environment bearing capacity, and with the ecological environment bearing capacity of relative surplus rate model for comparison. The index system of ecological environmental bearing capacity of coal mining subsidence area has a certain universality and reference significance to the selection of the evaluation index of the ecological environmental bearing capacity of coal mining subsidence area.Based on vector model, the ecological environment carrying capacity value of Panji NO.3 Coal mining subsidence area was -0.1989 with overloading 19.89%, and the value is very close to -0.1956, which calculated by relative surplus rate model of environmental bearing capacity. Therefore, the vector mode method can be used to quantify the ecological environment bearing capacity of coal mining subsidence area.
