| In recent years,with the development of intelligent ship technology,unmanned ship has become a new concept in maritime field.In this paper,a concept design of unmanned cargo ship is proposed,and the hull design form without ballast water is adopted.Ship ballast water has become one of the four major marine hazards.It is necessary to pay attention to it.For the future unmanned ships,the design of non-ballasted water has the advantages of no-load propulsion efficiency of the ship and reducing the pollution of the ballast water to the marine environment,and confomms to the design concept of "safety,environmental protection" for future intelligent ships.Firstly,the international maritime conventions that unmanned ship design needs to face are analyzed.The existing conventions and regulations that may have an impact on unmanned ship design are listed.According to the spiral line of ship design,the special considerations of unmanned ship design are analyzed,the equipment that should be added or reduced is summarized,and the weight of unmanned ship is estimated simply to analyze its impact on the weight of the light weight;Secondly,the non-ballasted water ship is used as the design form of the unmanned ship.The Japanese V-type NOBS ship type is adopted.After the ship’s beam arch height and bottom slope angle are established,the basic performance of the design ship is calculated,including hydrostatic calculation,stability calculation,minimum freeboard check,section modulus check,resistance performance calculation,the results show that the basic performance of the design ship meets the existing specifications and the performance is better than the parent ship.Finally,the multi-objective optimization of the cabin division of the design vessel is carried out.The cabin capacity,bending moment and the immersion factor of each cabin are used as the objective function of multi-objective optimization.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem and a series of Pareto is obtained.The grey relational degree calculation method based on grey theory is used to calculate and verify the multi-objective results.The results show that the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm has a good effect.Finally,the standard particle swarn optimization algorithm is used for the single-objective optimization calculation of the three objectives for the scheme selection based on different objectives. |
