In the new era,an important objective requirement of financial management activities is financial strategy.It integrates the principles and methods of strategic management.Based on the adaptation to the environment and the scientific use of existing conditions,it aims to achieve the long-term balanced flow and allocation of enterprise capital,so that the enterprise has a strong financial ability,so as to carry out long-term planning and management of enterprise financial activities.For enterprises,to achieve sustainable and healthy development,they must have the ability to create value continuously and maximize the value.In order to achieve this,we need to take value creation as the guidance and implement value management in financial strategic management.,the present study was to view as a starting point,the integrated use of theories,such as budget,such as value,strategy,financial management theory and the theory of performance evaluation,value creation as the core,to further expand the scope of financial strategic management,significantly improve enterprise value creation ability,thus enabling enterprises to achieve maximum value target.This study is mainly by adopting the combination of literature analysis and case study,and based on systematic review of related theories and domestic and foreign literatures,to propose the implementation path of value creation financial strategic management;also taking SYL company as an example to study the enterprise financial strategic management based on value creation.The research is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research content and method,research technical route and expected innovations.Meanwhile to summarize and analyze the research status at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of value-creating financial management,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study by combing the theoretical knowledge of value creation theory,(enterprise value?enterprise value creation)financial strategy theory(The definition,goal and genre of financial strategic management),the relationship between value creation and financial strategic management(value creation and profitability,competitive advantage,strategic environmental factor),etc.The third part is the implementation path of value-creating financial management.This part makes a detailed discussion on the implementation path of financial management.First,the overall strategic objectives should be established.Then By analyzing the external and internal dynamic factor of financial strategy,and the driving factors and ways of value creation to constitute and implement the path of financial strategic management.The fourth part takes SYL company as an example to analyze SYL company's financial goals and implementation based on value creation.This part takes SYL company as an example to understand the general financial goal of SYL company through the introduction of its general situation,discuss the financial management mode and implementation path of SYL company,and analyze the elements of its value-creating financial implementation.
