Coal-Chemical wastewater is a kind of industrial wastewater which contains high organic content and it is difficult to degrade.With the continuous tightening of emission standards,the treatment of the wastewater has become one of the factors that restrict its development.Therefore,the development of efficient coal chemical wastewater treatment process has become a key issue for the sustainable development of the industry.This paper takes an example of coal chemical property wastewater treatment plant as the research object,and discusses the feasibility of A/O+biological activated carbon process for treating such kind of wastewater.The processing effect and influencing factors was analyzed through engineering operation and adjustment.The better project can be chosen to carry out technical upgrade on purpose of improving the processing efficiency.reducing the operating cost,and providing evidence for the development of wastewater treatment technology in the coal chemical property.This paper introduced the process flow and design parameters of the sewage treatment plant before the technical transformation,that is,the A/O+biological activated carbon process.According to the change of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the inlet and outlet water during the operation,we can see that as the operation time passes,the system can meet the processing requirements,but the processing efficiency is gradually reduced,and the sludge is generated in a large amount and the running cost is high.In response to the problems existing in the system,the measures for technical reform are proposed through comparison of the schemes.The technical reform content mainly adds the MBR membrane treatment.ozone oxidation process and two-stage A/O process for sewage treatment.The actual sewage treatment effect after the technical transformation can stably reach the standard,and the impact load resistance is significantly improved through the analysis of the operational data after the technical transformation.Under the premise of improving efficiency,the impact load capacity is significantly improved by changing from single system to dual system,.The overall sludge production can be reduced by 97.6%,and the operating cost can be reduced by 14%(excluding sludge disposal costs)after the technical transformation.It aims to provide theoretical and technical routes for other coal chemical wastewater treatment plants,and provide reliable theoretical data support and practical guidance for further improvement and optimization of operation at the same time.
