With the increasing use of mulching film,it is becoming more and more serious on the"white pollution"of soil.Currently,more attentions are focused on the biodegradable mulching films.Poly?butylene adipate-co-terephthalate??PBAT?is the well-accepted main material for preparation of fully biodegradable film.Few works is on the functionalization of the biodegradable films.Layered double hydroxides?LDH?is a type of clay with a layered structure and can be functionalized by various synthesis methods.Sodium naphthaleneacetate?NAA-NA?has a wide range of applications in agriculture.It will be useful to design the NAA interacalted LDH and then melt blending with PBAT to prepare NAA-LDH/PBAT composite film.The main research work and the results are as follows:1.The functional LDH was prepared by high-energy ball milling.The products with different ratios and ball milling time were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TEM,UV and SEM.The FT-IR and UV results reflect that the optimum ratio in this experiment is Zn2+:Al3+:OH-:NAA=2:1:6:1.XRD results show that the spacing of the LDH modified by NAA-NA is increased to 1.94 nm.After the release test in the aqueous solution,the cumulative release amount was 87%after 200 hours.2.The torque rheological test showed that the equilibrium torque of composites was positively correlated with the addition ratio of LDH.The melt viscosity of the composite system with LDH content increasing with LDH powder.3.The NAA-LDH and PBAT was blended with twin-screw extruders and then melt blown NAA-LDH/PBAT composite film by a single-screw extrusion.XRD,SEM results indicate that the LDH was dispersed uniform throughout the PBAT matrix.DSC showed that the crystallization temperature increased with the LDH content increasing.The mechanical property results showed that the nominal strain of the transverse and longitudinal fractures tends to increase first and then decrease,and the maximum value appears at 0.5%.The elongation at break of the composite film in horizontal and vertical is 383.5%and 483.0%,respectively.The sustained release performance results showed that the final release amount was 52.5%.
