Methamphetamine(called MA)is one of the most widely used drugs.Because of its clear white appearance,it is also called amphetamin chloride.Drug addicts take drugs mainly through nasal inhalation, smoking, injection and other ways, then they can obtain a state of extreme excitement and in pursuit of stimulation, refreshing, addiction and other needs. All sorts of bad thoughts and behaviors caused by excessive hyperactivity will do harm to themselves, their families and even the society to varying degrees.Although countries have invested a large amount of human, material and financial resources in the field of drug addiction control, the effect is very limited, and there is still no effective medical means to prevent drug addiction among high-risk groups. In the face of more and more drug abuse, the study of vaccines and antibodies against methamphetamine, heroin and morphine has potential social significance. An antibody-based immunotherapy for Methamphetamine(MA)addictive treatment is attracting more and more attention in recent years.Immuno-pharmacotherapy,specifically through active immunization, has been utilized as a method for the sequestration of drug molecules from the brain and for the reduction of drug effects.By eliciting high-affinity drug-specific antibodies,anti-drug vaccines have been developed as potential therapeutics. However, the study about methamphetamine antibody(Anti-MA)immuno detections are rare, owing to the lack of immunogenicity of small molecule methamphetamine. This study provides a simple and effective approach to develop a high sensitive electrochemiluminescent(ECL)immunol sensor for the test of Anti-MA.In short, the synthetic holoantigen of MA is immobilized on a homemade gold nanoparticles modified electrode as the sensing host for the specific recognition and detection of Anti-MA.The research suggested, under optimal experimental conditions, the ECL intensity on resultant immunosensor has a nice log-linear regression toward the Anti-MA quantity within the range from 0.03 ng to 3.07 ng with a detection limit of 2.32 pg.It responded the dosage of Anti-MA in spiked blood samples with satisfactory recovery.According to the research, the developed sensor promised a portable Anti-MA fast seized device which performs quickness and convenience, and will be helpful for forensic identification and clinic treatment.
