Chinese ships heading south to the Indian Ocean or Oceania,need to cross the South China Sea,the Malacca and Singapore Straits,the Sunda Strait and the Makassar Strait.This sea area is one of the world's busiest sea transportation channels.It is the necessary pathway for China to conduct maritime trade with other Asian countries,Europe and Africa.Navigation safety is related to the safety of life and property,marine ecological security and national energy and economic security.With the development of information technology and remote sensing technology,the use of navigation data information and remote sensing monitoring means to provide decision support for ship navigation and ensure navigation safety is an important way to carry out intelligent shipping technology.It is a hot issue at present that integrating multi-source data information into a data platform to provide data support for ship safe navigation more efficiently and conveniently.This paper proposes a data management system based on WebGIS that integrates ship navigation environment data and remote sensing image data to better serve the ship's safe navigation decision.This thesis first introduces the navigation environment information and remote sensing image data and its processing methods.The data mainly includes the ship trajectory data and its observed hydrometeorological data,the tropical cyclone data provided by the National Meteorological Administration Tropical Cyclone Data Center and GFS wind;Landsat8 remote sensing image data and visibility data obtained from its inversion.Then this thesis designed the overall architecture,database and functional modules of the system according to the basic needs of the system and the open GIS technology.Finally,this thesis introduced in detail about the implementation methods and results of the key modules of the system from the perspective of the functional modules of the system.The system realizes the interactive operation of data and improves the efficiency of data management.Based on the construction requirements of navigational environment data system,this thesis relies on the open source GIS platform and uses WebGIS technology to realize the web application platform to integrate the management,publishing and visualization of navigation environment data and remote sensing image data,in order to provide data support for navigation security analysis.
