With the rapid growth of the economic population and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the amount of Municipal Solid Waste generated in China has grown rapidly.The increasing amount of waste has brought tremendous pressure on the customs of the municipal sanitation department,which is also an important reason for the increasingly prominent phenomenon of garbage siege and environmental pollution in China.Accurately predicting the amount of municipal solid waste is a prerequisite for the rational implementation of urban environmental sanitation planning,and is the basic work for the whole process management of municipal solid waste.In many cases,the forecast of waste volume in administrative areas is often a research need that does not meet specific purposes.At the same time,the surge in the amount of garbage has also led to an increase in the collection,transportation and transit costs.Therefore,how to optimize the existing municipal solid material logistics network has become an urgent problem for the current urban management departments.This thesis first introduces some related concepts in municipal solid waste material logisticsb analyzes the domestic and international waste recycling management modes of various countries,and introduces the current urban domestic waste recycling operation process in China.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing methods for predicting municipal solid waste,this paper proposes a small-area urban domestic waste forecasting model based on the land use density method and the population density estimation model and the gradient boosting regression model.After predicting the amount of garbage at each collection point,combined with the actual situation of vehicle collection and transportation,ensure that the garbage collection and transportation vehicles avoid the early peak period of residents' travel,reach the high level of clearing,and reduce the pollution to the urban environment.Therefore,for the municipal solid waste material logistics network,this paper proposes a location-routing problem,with the goal of minimizing the cost of vehicle driving,facility construction cost and time window cost during the collection and transportation process.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the model,the paper uses large-scale neighborthood search simulated annealing to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by taking Xujiahui Street in Shanghai as an example.
