| Since the reform and opening up,China has developed rapidly in economy,and in recent years,it has become a world-class power.With the continuous efforts of the country and the people,the urbanization process is making great strides forward.With the continuous development of the country,it has also brought severe challenges to the supporting facilities of urban life.One of the problems to be solved urgently is the low efficiency of the urban waste sorting and recycling logistics network.Aiming at the problems existing in the waste classification and transfer logistics network of the Shenyang city,the waste classification,recycling and transfer logistics network of Shenyang city municipal solid waste(MSW)by referring to the advanced waste classification and recycling mode at home and abroad was optimized.Firstly,the status of domestic solid waste sorting and recycling network in China was analyzed in this thesis.The problems and shortcomings of Shenyang city municipal solid waste sorting and recycling logistics network were analyzed.Then the urban solid waste sorting and recycling mode suitable for China’s national conditions were analyzed in this thesis.Secondly,the influencing factors of domestic waste were analyzed,and the prediction model of urban domestic waste based on the gradient promotion regression model was established.According to the urban population density and the area occupied,the daily average amount of waste in the area under the jurisdiction of the compression station was estimated.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of wet waste and the particularity of its storage and transport process,and considering the human environment and cost,the location model of wet waste transport center was established,and the immune algorithm was used to solve it.Fourthly,based on the vehicle transportation cost,the construction cost of treatment facilities and the penalty cost of violating the time window,an optimization model of MSW classification,recycling and transportation path was established.The genetic and simulated annealing(GA-SA)algorithm was used to solve the model,and the vehicle recycling and transportation route with the lowest cost was determined.Finally,Shenyang city was analyzed as an example,the existing mode in Shenyang city waste disposal was optimized.Based on Shenyang city waste forecast quantity,used Immune Algorithm for wet waste transit center location selection,five wet waste transit center addresses were determined.Then through the GA-SA Algorithm,the waste collector recycling route was optimized,the goal of daily waste cleaning was achieved. |
