High suspension water is a kind of sewage containing a large amount of suspended substances formed by the mixture of clay particles,chemical agents,flocculants,microorganisms,their metabolites and minerals.The influence of high suspension water on oilfield is mainly reflected in whether the return water injection is qualified and whether the discharge water meets the requirements of environmental protection.The main treatment methods of high suspension water in oil fields at home and abroad include polymer degradation technology(advanced oxidation technology,biodegradation technology,electrolytic flocculation technology,etc.),suspension solid removal technology(membrane separation technology,air flotation separation technology,etc.),ultrasonic treatment technology,mechanical separation technology,flocculation settlement technology,etc.Z occurring in the process of oilfield production is high on the sea water,the site using their own equipment to test the above water,and study the method of the reducing high water,but as a result of its own process does not have the final out of the ability of suspended solids,the suspended solids in water always closed loop system process,accumulating,suspended solids concentrations greater than 15000 mg/L,affect the normal production of oil field.Through the analysis of the composition of high suspended water,the causes and paths of high suspended water were studied,the prop erties of high suspended water were studied experimentally,and the characteristics of high suspended water were found to be stable and not affected by centrifugation and existing agents.Hung suspended solids in water cannot effectively for Z oilfield,studies a set of high suspended solids in water to remove the technological process,in order to realize the suspension stability and coalescence,and connecting with the spin current in float process will be suspended solids flotation,the reuse efficient centrifuge process will be suspended solids in centrifugal way completely remove realize solid-liquid separation to achieve.After process design and calculation,drug selection and pilot test,the experimental results and objectives were achieved.In the field application,the oil content in the outlet water of the cyclone air flotation machine was less than 40mg/L,the suspended matter content was less than 50mg/L,and the suspended matter content was about 200 times lower than that of the high suspended water.The outstanding effect was achieved to remove the suspended matter in the high suspended water.
