In this paper,the luminescence characteristics of long afterglow lununescent materials and self-cleaning properties of super-hydrophobic materials were fully used for reference.The traditional cement.based cementing materials were used as the matrix to prepare a new type of functional layer material with super-hydrophobic and self-luninescent function of airport cement pavement.The functional layer materials can not only absorb light and store energy during the day and at night,but also can be used for drainage and dust removal in rainy season.The orhiogonal test was used to select the best material proportion with the best comprehensive properties,the self-luminescent cement mortar were prepared and their surface were treated by super-hydrophobic materials.The mechanical properties,luminescent properties,hydrophobic properties and durability of the functional layer materials were studied by experiments,and the surface morphology,phase composition,spectral characteristics,surface roughness and kinds of organic functional groups were analyzed by means of Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Photoluninescence Spectrometer(PL),Atomic Force Scanning Electron Microscope(AFM)and Fourier Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR)tests.In this paper,the road performances of this kind of functional layer materials were systematically studied by combining macro test with micro analysis.The main research results are as follows:(1)The effects of luminescent powder content,reflective powder content and water-cement ratio on mechanical properties and luminescent properties of self-luminescent cement mortar were analyzed by orthogonal design method.The best ratio of the materials with the best comprehensive properties was as follows:30%luminescent powder:5%reflective powder:0·44%water binder ratio.(2)The mechanical properties,luminous brightness and afterglow time of self-luminescent cement mortar could be improved by adding luminescent powder and reflecting powder.With the increase of their amounts,the strength of the cement mortar decreased gradually,the initial brightness and 10min brightness increased,and the afterglow time was prolonged,and its afterglow time could reach more than 8 hours.It was concluded that luminescent powder and reflective powder could not only promote the hydration reaction of unhydrated particles,but also produced secondary hydration reaction with hydration products.Meanwhile,luminescent powder and reflective powder could also fill the tiny pores in the matrix,thus improving the microstructure of concrete.The PL Spectrum test showed that the excitation spectrum of the luminescent cement mortar was located at 430?700nm.The peak wavelength of emission spectrum was 520nm,and the color was yellowish green.(3)The super-hydrophobic coating material would not affect the mechanical properties and luminous properties of self-luminescent cement mortar.The hydrophobic properties of the cement mortar treated with fluorosilane hydrophobic agent were better than those treated with silane/siloxane hydrophobic agent,the contact angle was as high as 159.80,and the surface energy was as low as-19.11mJ/m2.The surface roughness of super-hydrophobic and self-luminescent cement mortar was larger.(4)The super-hydrophobic and self-luninous cement mortar had better wear resistance,ultraviolet aging resistance,anti-fouling property and stability.With the increase of wear times,the surface hydrophobicity of the cement mortar decreased gradually,and the hydrophobic state could be maintained at the end of the test,and the contact angle of the cement mortar surface afner 7d of ultraviolet aging decreased by 3.1°?4°.After carbon powder contamination test,the surface of the cement mortar coated witix super hydrophobic material could be quickly washed clean by water and kept a good super-hydrophobic property.
