At present,the national economy relies heavily on traditional energy power generation,and renewable energy(Renewable Energy,RE)power generation has high electricity prices that requires government subsidies to maintain normal operations.That means,the transformation of traditional high-carbon energy structures into low-carbon green energy structures is not a one-step process.To address this issue,government will gradually promote the coverage of the carbon emissions trading system during the "13th Five-Year Plan" to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the power industry and increase the cost of traditional energy electricity.Moreover,it can better improve the market competitive advantage of RE power generation.Therefore,it is an important to study the RE price decision mechanism taking into account the cost of electricity carbon emission reduction for finally realizing the resource allocation by the market.This paper takes conventional thermal power plants and wind farms as research objects.Through relevant theoretical analysis,it has built three major models of thermal power price,RE average electricity price and RE dynamic electricity price decision.The main tasks and innovations are:Firstly,the basic theory of RE price considering the cost of power carbon abatement is expounded,and the relationship between the two is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the calculation model of RE electricity price.Secondly,considering the long-term impact of power carbon emission reduction cost on RE electricity price,the RE average electricity price model with electricity carbon emission reduction cost is established.The thermal power price model is constructed by the full life cycle assessment method is also established.Then,the average electricity price of wind power and thermal power measured can be calculated separately.Comparing the difference between the two electricity prices with and without considering the cost of power carbon emission reduction,it will help to reduce the market disadvantage of RE generation on-grid price,and provide empirical support for RE bidding and gradually eliminating government subsidies.Thirdly,considering the operating state of the grid and the uncertainty of RE power generation,the RE dynamic electricity price model is proposed to analyze the real-time impact of power carbon emissions on RE electricity price for providing the empirical support to improve the phenomenon of "abandoning wind and abandoning light" and achieve the optimal path for carbon emission.Finally,from the aspects of the carbon emission reduction capacity,RE real-time electricity price management mechanism,RE consumption and carbon trading system,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for China's RE bidding online are proposed.
