| FKM is a special rubber with good comprehensive properties. It is widely used in automobile, aerospace and petrochemical energy fields because of its excellent oil resistance, high temperature tolerance and high tolerance to chemical media.Although the traditional solid FKM has excellent comprehensive properties, its processing performance is not up to standard and its cost is high, which greatly limits the application of FKM.In order to improve the processing performance of FKM,LFKM was first developed abroad. The LFKM not only inherits the excellent properties of FKM,but also has good flow ability and is easy to process.(1)LFKM with different carboxyl terminal groups and LFKM with inert terminal groups were blended with bisphenol vulcanized solid FKM respectively. The relationship between the terminal groups and carboxyl content of LFKM and the properties of the blends was determined by changing the ratio of LFKM to FKM:The blends of 10 wt%carboxyl content and 2.21%LFKM/FKM have the best mechanical properties, and the inert end-group LFKM/FKM blends have good processing properties.(2)The blends of Allyl-Terminated LFKM and inert-terminated LFKM with peroxide vulcanized solid FKM were used to determine the influence of the blending ratio of LFKM and FKM on the properties of the blends:Allyl-terminated LFKM/FKM blends have good processability and mechanical properties, while inert terminared LFKM/FKM blends have good processability but poor mechanical properties. |
