ACM is a kind of special synthetic rubber.Due to the high saturation of t he main chain and the polar side group,it has excellent temperature tolerance,oil resistance,oxidation resistance,etc.So it is widely used in high temperatur e and hot oil environments,especially in a large number of oil seals,turbochar ged sealants,rubber gaskets and other materials for the automotive industry.A s the research of acrylic rubber progresses,its use ereas are gradually widened,but with the development of the industrial society,we find ACM still has man y property defects need to be solved,such as low tensile strength,insufficient t emperature tolerance,and large compression set and so on.Therefore,It is alre ady an emergency to take relevant modification studies on ACM in its develop ment and application.(1)In this thesis,we used LFKM as the modifying reagent of ACM.The ACM/LFKM blends were prepared by physical blending method,after we stud ied on the vulcanization system of the blend material,we found that the blends of TCY vulcanization system had the best comprehensive performance.(2)The ACM/LFKM blends with different combination ratios were prepa red,and the effect of the added parts of liquid fluororubber on the performanc e of acrylic rubber was studied.It showed that the tensile strength of ACM can be significantly improved when the proportion of LFKMis 5wt%,then it decr eases with the increase of the combination ratio of LFKM,and the heat toleran ce of the ACM were improved,but the compression set gradually increases wit h the increase of the combination ratio of LFKM.(3)we used the metal oxide to modify the ACM/LFKM blends on base of the reserch above.From the EDS analysis we found that excessive MgO woul d gradually aggregate in the blends matrix.And when the addition of MgO we re more than 6phr,the cure reversion would happen.The result indicated that MgO accelerated the vulcanization rate of the blends,raised the crosslink dens ity,improved the tansile strength and reduced the compression set.
