Phytosterol esters,widely used as functional food additives in the world,are widely used in food,cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.Sterols,also known as phytosterols,exist widely in various vegetable oils and plant seeds.Plant sterols can reduce the body's absorption of cholesterol,and have positive effects on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;sterols also have good antioxidant properties.However,plant sterols have low water solubility and oil solubility,and are difficult to be absorbed and utilized by the human body.The formation of phytosterol esters by esterification of sterols can greatly increase the fat solubility of sterols(17-20 times increase)for human body absorption.The esterification of functional fatty acids with sterols can simultaneously exert the physiological functions of sterols and fatty acids.The laboratory has previously used free enzyme and diatomase enzyme in the 5 L reaction system to increase the conversion rate of sterol to 93.1%.The water activity control system was developed to make the reaction more controllable,and the separation and decolorization were preliminarily studied.The use of diatomaceous earth immobilized enzyme in this subject not only reduces the amount of free lipase,reduces the cost,but also increases the catalytic activity of the enzyme in the reaction.It can be seen from the amplification reaction that the immobilized enzyme saves about one-half of the live enzyme and increases the reaction rate by 20%.This topic specifically discusses the effect of the addition process on the space-time yield of the reaction.By the addition,the reaction rate is increased from 3.17 g/(h*L)of the single batch reaction to 4.38 g/(h*L),and the space-time yield is improved.20%.The deacidification and decolorization process of the crude product after the addition,including centrifugal extraction and molecular distillation,separates the products with good purity and color.Through the amplification reaction and simulation,the subject initially determined the conditions of the stirring paddle type and the aeration stirring,and carried out preliminary experiments to verify that the reaction rate was further increased by 20%.
