At present,the world mainly uses fossil energy,and fossil energy is non-renewable energy,which will eventually be exhausted.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to develop new chemical materials to reduce energy consumption and improve new energy utilization.Graphene and its derivatives are widely used in the fields of electrical conductivity,mechanics and friction due to its excellent mechanical,anti-wear,lubrication and thermal conductivity.However,the ?-? stacking of graphene itself affects the performance and industrial application of graphene.In addition,the current high energy-consuming and environmentally friendly preparation process of graphene,and the difficulty of realizing the status quo of macro-preparation,has led to its various fields.Application is still a big challenge.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis adopts energy-saving and environmentally friendly,low-cost ball milling method to prepare functionalized graphene and its composite materials and explore its application.The research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene and its stable dispersion in lubricating oil,the edge oleylaminated graphene(EOG)was prepared by ball milling method,and the lipophilic,antiwear and lubrication properties of EOG were explored.the study.The prepared EOG can be stably dispersed in the lubricating base oil at a concentration of 1 wt.%for more than 8 months,and can significantly improve the lubricating and anti-wear properties of the base oil or the refined oil.When the amount of EOG added in the base oil is 0.1 wt.%,the PB value is increased by 64.86%;the PD value is increased by 56.18%,and the wear spot diameter is reduced from 0.88 mm to 0.46 mm,which provides a new solution for the development and application of graphene lubricants.(2)In order to realize the low-cost macro-preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene(NG),this study explored a ball milling method for the preparation of NG and explored the electrocatalytic properties of NG.The prepared NG-2 has good ORR and OER properties and can be used as a potential double-effect catalyst.In addition,the prepared NG-2 has excellent hydrogen peroxide production performance.When the voltage is 0.8 V(vs.RHE),the hydrogen peroxide yield can reach 93.31%,which provides a new idea for the preparation of hydrogen peroxide.
