As a neurotransmitter, octopamine has different effects on the sensory behavior, motor behavior and memory of the organism. It also has a certain impact on the immune system.Fluorescent sensors have received extensive attention from researchers because of their advantages of simplicity, rapid, low cost and high sensitivity. In this study, octopamine was used as a template molecule to synthesize a fluorescent moleculary imprinted polymer with specific recognition site for octopamine by sol-gel method on the surface of upconverting fluorescent nanoparticles by surface molecular imprinting technique. The imprinted polymers have good specific adsorption and fluorescence response to octopmine..A molecularly imprinted fluorescence sensing method for quantitative detection of octopamine in food matrices was established. At the optimal conditions, the linear range of the method was 2-10 mg L-1,the limit detection was 0.37 mg L-1.When this method was used for the detection of octopmine in rice wine and cheese, the recovery was 86%-98%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.54%-4.65%.Moreover,this method was successfully used for the quantitative detection of octopamine in complex samples and provides a new way for the detection of octopamie.Olaquindox has a certain genotoxicity and is considered as a mutagen of germ cells, which has been fully confirmed in various experimental procedures in vivo and in vitro.Olaquindox also has prominent phototoxicity and mutagenicity as well as carcinogenicity, which has also been confirmed in a large number of clinical trials. In this paper,a method for rapid detection of olaquindox in animal food fish feed was established by combining solid phase extraction with surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The solid phase extraction materials of olaquindox were characterized by ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy and the surface enhanced Raman substrates of olaquindox were optimized to determine the optimal substrate and optimal conditions. The optimum conditions for the addition of Ag@Au NPs and the addition of olaquindox to 5 ?L were the optimal conditions and detection limit of olaquindox was 1 mgL-1 and based on the established SPE-SERS method, different concentrations of olaquindox in fish feed were detected.
