Nowadays, the discussion and research on Phosphorus chemistry, especially on Multi-coordinated phosphorus compounds have become a new hit over the world, and many magnificent papers have been published in order to research the transition states in biological system with Phosphorus atom involved. Moreover,to be more specific,penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds might be recognized as a group of irreplaceable intermediates within Biochemical processes.Since the penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds play an essential and special role in biological system and even the origin of life, but it's quite challenging to monitor it in real biological processes,we systematically designed certain experiments with small molecules to study the ligand exchange reaction mechanism between penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds, and we did achieve some phenomenon and conclusions which are quite different from lower-coordinated phosphorus compounds. In the meanwhile, during the experiment we accidentally acquired hexa-coordinated phosphorus compounds in high field of 31P-NMR.By controlling variates,we systematically probed into its reactivity and speculated its reaction mechanism. To recognize and verify these reactions,it will be very helpful to explain lots of unclear phenomena in the origin of life process, including gene exchange, gene reversion, holographic Phenomena and even HGT.In this paper,we use small molecule as a chemical model to establish a rather simplified system to study the ligand exchange reaction between penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds,in order to analyze more details and mechanism. It was found that two penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds with molecular orbital dsp3 could exchange their ligand, but not the regular tetra dentate sp3 phosphorris compounds. The regular tetra-coordinated phosphorus compounds usually are found around 0 ppm in the 31P-NMR,but the penta-coordinated phosphorus compounds we study can be found around-50 ppm in the 31P-NMR,moreover,the hexa-coordinated phosphorus compounds we accidentally acquired can be found around-90 ppm in the 31P-NMR,which is very special.Furthermore, since we acquired this product in alkaline condition, this experiment can also illustrate that during the biochemical life reaction processes, the branched chain of Alkaline amino acids might be involved in the catalysis of the phosphorus atom. For example, when penta-coordinated phosphorus compound a3(with three methoxy groups)and penta-coordinated phosphorus compound b3(with three phenoxy groups)were mixed 25h in CDC13,the reaction process was traced by NMR.The exchange product a2b(with two methoxy groups and one phenoxy group)and ab2(with one methoxy group and two phenoxy groups)were found. From another perspective,if we consider a3 and b3 as parents of the first generation, the exchange product a2b and ab2 could be seen as the offspring of the second generation. Thus, these fascinating and significant reactions could be implied as a promising chemical model for the Mendel's law of inheritance.
