Instruments and equipment will produce different degrees of vibration during operation.Frequent vibration will not only affect the accuracy and safety of instruments and equipment,but also cause harm to human health.Silicone rubber is often used as a damping damping material with high environmental adaptability due to its excellent high and low temperature resistance,relatively stable mechanical properties in a wide temperature range and excellent aging resistance,etc.However,due to the poor damping performance of ordinary silicone rubber,it is necessary to modify it to meet the needs of use.In this paper,single/diphenyl silicone rubber was used as the raw material to prepare the damping material of silicone rubber by blending.The dielectric results show that there are two loss peaks at-90? and-50?,indicating that there is a phase separation structure in the blend silicone rubber.At the same time,the two loss peaks correspond to the glass transition temperature of the single/diphenyl silicone rubber.The mechanical properties of the rubber mixed with the ratio of 80/20 and 60/40 were slightly better than that of the rubber mixed with the ratio of 80/20 and 60/40.The vulcanization time of blended silicone rubber is between single/diphenyl silicone rubber.In the selected temperature range,the damping properties of the blended silicone rubber are widened to a certain extent,and the effective damping temperature range is widened to a maximum of 15?,indicating that the blending of single/diphenyl silicone rubber can improve its damping properties.Four different dosage of vulcanizing agent(0.5,1,1.5 and 2 doses)were selected to explore the influence of dosage of vulcanizing agent on the phase separation structure of blended silicone rubber and the influence on its performance.The following conclusions are drawn through the test :(1)the dosage of vulcanizing agent has no effect on the phase separation structure and vulcanization performance;(2)in 0.5 servings of vulcanizing agent,because of the crosslinking network is not perfect,phase separation structure is served for the sake of the junction,the blending silicone rubber tensile modulus increased,compared with the single largest phenyl silicone rubber increased 0.12 MPa,with the increase of dosage of curing agent,the perfection of its internal crosslinking network,phase separation structure becomes inside a defect,so the tensile modulus decreases significantly,when the two curing agents,compared to the single largest phenyl silicone rubber has fallen by 0.6MPa;(3)when the dosage of vulcanizing agent is 0.5 parts,the cross-linking density is low,and the damping performance of blended silicone rubber is improved significantly.The effective damping temperature range is greater than 230?.With the increase of the dosageof vulcanizing agent,the damping performance declines,and when the dosage of vulcanizing agent is 2 parts,the damping performance is basically consistent with that of diphenyl silicone rubber.By testing the properties of four block copolymerization phenyl silicone rubber,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)dielectric results show that two loss peaks appear in block 1# and block 2# of type AB,and three loss peaks appear in block 3 and block 4 of type ABC.Rigid group(2)containing dimethyl methyl phenyl 4 # sample link more because of its high degree of phase separation,so its mechanical performance is the lowest,at 5.9 MPa,the curing time,the longest for 20 minutes,damping performance is best,effective damping temperature range of 88 ?,on the contrary,less species contain hard segment and soft segment ratio of 1 # sample mechanics performance,the best is 7.64 MPa,vulcanization time the shortest,the effective damping temperature range is 42.6 ?.Similarly,the test results of block copolymerization of phenyl silicone rubber under different dosage of vulcanizing agent show that :(1)the dosage of vulcanizing agent has no effect on the glass transition temperature,the peak of dielectric loss and the magnitude of energy storage modulus,and the molecular chain structure is the key factor affecting these properties.Under the dosage of the four vulcanization agents,the mechanical properties and vulcanization properties were in accordance with their respective laws.The no.4 sample with a large proportion of hard section types had the worst mechanical strength and the longest vulcanization time,while the no.1 sample with only one hard section and a low content of hard section had the greatest mechanical strength and the shortest vulcanization time.For damping performance is also in line with the effective damping WenYu width of 4# sample,sample 1 # the narrowest this rule,but in 0.5 servings of vulcanizing agent,the same proportion of hard and soft segment,different block type of sample,the effective damping WenYu almost no difference,but with the increase of dosage of curing agent,the ternary block than than binary block silicon rubber,the effective damping temperature range by 25 ?.
