| Air is an important material for human survival.If air is polluted,it will have a serious impact on human physical and mental health,production and life.In recent years,due to the continuous acceleration of economic development and the continuous improvement of urbanization,the environmental pollution problem is also increasing,China has already entered the peak of environmental pressure.In order to adapt to the current severe situation of environmental pollution in our country and to meet the environmental demands of the people,the environmental protection supervision system "follows the trend".In recent years,the problem of air pollution in Taian City is also more prominent,heavy pollution weather occurs occasionally,PM2.5,PM10 and other pollutant indicators are higher than the national secondary standard of air quality,and the air quality improvement rate is in the middle and lower reaches of sixteen cities in Shandong Province.In 2017 and 2018,the central environmental protection supervision group and Shandong environmental protection supervision group respectively carried out environmental protection supervision on Taian City,and air pollution prevention and control is the key work of environmental protection supervision.As environmental supervision is a new management mode,the implementation effect and work focus of environmental supervision need to be analyzed in a timely manner in combination with empirical evidence;meanwhile,due to the development of environmental supervision,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises stop production,workers lose their jobs,prices fluctuate,social unrest factors increase,and some people lack a deep understanding of environmental supervision.In this study,by building a conceptual model of the impact of environmental protection supervision system on air quality,the pressure performance characteristics of environmental protection supervision system on air pollution prevention and control in Tai’an City are analyzed;the supervision effect of supervision system on air pollution prevention and controlis analyzed;based on the monitoring data of four air pollution concentrations in Taian City,the annual and seasonal variation characteristics and annual mean value of four air pollutants are analyzed,the spatial distribution characteristics of seasonal average,and the improvement effect of environmental protection supervision system on air quality of Taian City.The random effect model is used to calculate the effect of environmental supervision and key air pollution control on the concentration of four air pollutants(PM10,PM2.5,SO2,NO2).It is found that the implementation of environmental supervision system is conducive to the improvement of air quality.The improvement rate of air pollutants in 2017 and 2018 in Taian City is significantly higher than that in other years.The implementation of environmental protection supervision system has a positive effect on the air quality of Taian City.Due to the implementation of the environmental protection supervision system,the key air pollution prevention and control work in Taian City has been vigorously promoted.The investigation and treatment of "scattered pollution" enterprises and the elimination of coal-fired boilers have played a positive role in improving air quality.From 2013 to 2019,the annual and seasonal mean values of PM2.5,PM10,SO2 and NO2 in Taian City are generally declining,but PM2.5 and PM10 are still higher than the national level II annual mean standard,and the rebound of PM10 concentration occurs occasionally.On the whole,the air quality pollution in Taian City is still serious,especially the control of particulate matter needs to be further strengthened.This study uses data and empirical analysis to explore the improvement effect of environmental supervision on air quality,to provide basis for further improving the supervision system and air pollution control measures,to provide data support for environmental supervision to better win the understanding of the public,and to facilitate the next more targeted and better environmental protection work. |
