In 2018,our country in pyeongchang winter paralympic wheelchair curling team with consummate technique and indomitable willpower first gold medal in the international competition,in order to strengthen the construction of new sports and motivate athletes win win hearts,enhance the performance of the movement of the 2022 Beijing paralympic athletes in our country,promote our country winter paralympic team assistive devices adapted key technology and special sports training equipment,Ministry of Science and Technology to develop a focus on research and development program in 2018-"the key technology of winter paralympic athletes improve performance"(no.2018YFF0300606),Under the financial support of this key research and development,the author made an in-depth study of the various paralympic sports events in China.This paper mainly describes the establishment of a human-machine biomechanical model for wheelchair curling,the improvement and optimization of the competitive throwing device,the design and development of the training throwing device,in order to improve the training efficiency of the national wheelchair curling team and reduce the sport injury1).Establish a wheelchair athletes-push rod-curling-ice man-machine biomechanical models of mechanical system,analysis of ruby athletes waist shoulder and arm movement in the process of putting and curling stress and motion trajectory of the research on the rules of kinematics and dynamics,for wheelchair curling ruby device provides the theory basis for design and reduce physical damage2).In view of the problems of the existing apparatus proposed by the coaches and athletes of the national wheelchair curling team,the structure of the apparatus has been improved and optimized for many times,and the structure of the putter head and the putter body have been redesigned.After many iterations of design and production of the competition pot throwing device has been affirmed and used by the athletes3).Design is installed on the ruby device and curling of two kinds of detection of wheelchair curling ruby acceleration and angular velocity of the training with ruby ruby thrust testing device,the device and athletes completed the hardware and software systems development and integration debugging,and in the national wheelchair team training base has carried on the preliminary test,the device can detect ruby key data process,improve the efficiency of athletes training.
